For a website I didn't know. Really impressed
Was a bit worried as I never heard of this website before and considering VR is a tough one especially pre-owned came surprisingly fast. Was in the HTC Vive box too everything was packaged correctly. Only wish I went for the deluxe headstrap one but really great job :)

Product in excellent condition as advertised. very well packaged. free delivery took 3 days to north of Scotland but would have been 2 days as carrier contacted me to say they had an issue with drivers and therefore a day late. communication was excellent though.

I already reviewed Used Plus (Kevin M on Trust Pilot!) but thought I'd respond to the link they sent, twice ;) but they are worth a second mention.
I gave 5 stars for service and customer support.
Products are not the cheapest used goods, but you are paying for peace of mind and their service, which is definitely good value in a world these days of scammers and scalpers.
Working out their markup by comparing items to other sources doesn't take much doing but I'd say it's fair for the confidence and customer support it provides. As long as it doesn't increase, (and you can forget the cost of living rise!) at some point i'll be a happy returning customer I'm sure.

Only criticism is that for a refurbished item, it wasn't mentioned anywhere what was originally wrong with it.

I bought a PS4 pro and it runs really well but the fan is a bit louder than I expected all in all good system would shop with them again
