Only issue was waiting well over a week
Only issue was waiting well over a week for my phone had to email them twice. The phone seems perfect no marks on it at all came in Motorola box gell case and headphones. If your not in a rush and pay on credit card for the extra security then its good used phone site. I know people have put similar issues lack of communication from them. But that's why I pay on credit card as the cards jointly liable for any issues over 100 pounds. If I do have any issues under the 6 month warranty I will first email use mobiles to get them chance to resolve the problem after that that's when you go through your credit card to get my money back.

Impossible to contact! My phone is faulty and you are not responding to emails. Tried to return the phone to you via recorded delivery but it was returned to me, unopened with ‘gone away’ written across the package!
