The phone was in excellent condition & well priced

i received the phone a little late, but i think it was bank holiday, so no worries. the phone came with a protective cover which i wasn't expecting. i wished the phone was a little wider, i guess that's what i had been use to. but my wife has had a motorola and swears by them. this phone i find much better than my iPhone 12.

Probably the worse internet company I’ve ever dealt with! I purchased a phone over a week ago, they’ve taken my money from my PayPal account yet not dispatched the phone even though I was promised next day delivery and there have been no updates on the whereabouts of the phone! I’ve emailed them about a dozen times and not had a single reply!

I ordered On 16 April received email for tracking no. Yesterday and still no tracking available. No tele or mobile no given to contact customer services.

I ordered a phone for my daughter on 27th December
2021 having been told it would be next day delivery by
Royal Mail. Having used the tracker provided Royal Mail today told us they are still awaiting the phone from you. Either you have problems over the Christmas period or you cannot provide the phone in which case I would request a refund. Order no 17099

Do not use this company.
Phone delivered, arrived late, and no sim adapter, no charger and phone has a password on it. So clearly hasn't been wiped. Tried to contact them. No phone number. Just an automated FB messenger

This company takes a few days longer to send the phone, than the next day delivery.
I had the phone today and I am very happy with the results.
Used mobiles 4u just need to keep customers up to date with their orders.

I ordered a set of samsung live buds from this site the first pair was sent and was broken so i sent them back for a replacement and was sent the wrong box and to find them damaged again and the wrong outer casing (fakes) so now they want me to send them back what ill be out of pocket again with postage .
avoid this site as the accuse you for lieing blame royal mail.ive also notified trading standards and contacted samsung issuing fakes. avoid .....avoid.... avoid

My partner ordered goods from this site, they failed to arrive and so she contacted them to get a refund. All she got for 2 months was that it was Royal Mails fault. When she left a bad review they contacted her and refunded the money. Now they keep hounding her to change/remove the review. I would not recommend this company to anyone, stay clear, use a different website!!!

After purchasing a phone which was meant to arrive the next day I was contacted 3 days later from customer services who told me my order couldn’t be processed as it was currently out of stock and that I would receive a full refund. It’s been six days and still no refund!!! £147 down the drain. I’ve contacted customer services every day and no reply. I even attempted to contact their returns email address which turns out to be a fake email.

Avoid this website at all costs it is a complete scam!

I ordered an iPhone XR charger plug as my old iPhone plug was wrong size for my new iPhone XR. Fantastic delivery time (next day) BUT wrong plug - again the slot for cable is too wide! I have telephoned three times today but no answer. I will try to email them but battery running low on new phone 😢

I was unimpressed with the delivery service. I think that if next day delivery is not a choice, but an expected delivery cost, that it does actually arrive the next day.

The delivery was quick and product was in very good shape! However, the product was not shipped with the accessories stated on the webpage. I used the chat function to identify with an employee that the webpage info was a mistake, and this was resolved with customer service via email providing the accessories (as promised on the webpage). In the end, I am very satisfied not only with the product but with the service follow through as well.

Arrived very quickly but then next day delivery at £7.50 was the only option. Seemed a decent value phone for the price. It was described as 'like new' which it is in many respects, barring the two scratches on the front of the screen. Overall I'm happy with both the phone and the service
