reason for 3 score was order never turned up next day, so had to wait 3 days before i could contact you again, to find out why my order was not posted, when i received a email saying it had been posted, but got it sorted out after i phoned up by a nice lady working for you , got it posted after i spoke to her, to be fair it was a warehouse issue

Quick delivery but failed product
Phone arrived quickly, however it was faulty with a significant rattle and failed to work. On the plus side following the return policy I was reimbursed very speedily.

On reflection
On reflection I wish I had opted for next day delivery but I chose 48hr Tracked which turned into about 168hr though some of the delay was no doubt Covid related. However, the phone is fine and deserved the A rating for condition.

Phone delivered on time . Problem with battery life after only 1 day.
Sent E:Mail with regards to problem - response via E:Mail to go via returns procedure.
No acknowledgement of any action so used phone contact system.
No response from customer services after leaving contact information.
Customer help option failed to speak to anyone after 4 attempts.
If the phone had been refurbished why would the battery loose 31% charge within 3 minutes of switching on and a further 30% whilst sending a short E:mail.
A response would be appreciated.
