U.S storage facilities
U.S. storage centers bought out the storage facility I was renting at. They emediately raised my rates. The facility which was clean and well cared for prior to their ownership began to become run down and dirty. I wanted to switch to another facility but found when I began calling places they were all owned by U.S. storage facilities despite having other names. They have created a monopoly limiting your choices and if you are a long term tenant you will be extorted. Typical corporate business model that only cares about share holder profit.

Been blocked by people that think they live there.
Well i have shown up multiple times now to try and access my locker with people that think they live there are blocking it with there huge trailer and trucks i cant access anything when i need to. i am willing to rewrite this review when this problem is fixed .

The staff does an amazing job
The staff does an amazing job. Extremely helpful. I've been using it over a year. In my experience The facility is perfectly air-conditioned, SAFE, clean and best of all bug free. My only respectful critiques are customers seem to be stealing carts, which is annoying or storing them in their rooms. Please return them. Also I truly wish they'd add dumpsters or at least a few trash cans around the area to throw away light items or recycle boxes and such. Oh and maybe build a second ramp for the small side loading door. Other than that, great place to store your belongings.
