Not only does this place have fair pricing, the staff are very helpful and informative. You get what you want and are not pressured to get anything you don't. It took me a total of 10 min and I already had a unit, gate code and was moving things in. The fact that you can rent a unit online on your own also makes it alot faster and easier renting experience.

Slimy people work at the corporate office
First, I like the location, and the local staff seem great. The advertising that you do, regarding pricing, is fraudulent though. What should the experience be like? Let me tell you. You have a nice introductory rate and the agreement you sign outlines a reasonable rate at the end of 3 months, totally cool. What really happens is you have that 3 month introductory rate and then they claim to send you a rental increase letter (that never seems to come), ignoring the email you have on file for all communications, and increase the cost of the unit by roughly 75%! Incredibly slimy people at the corporate office, I can tell you that much.
