I’ve been here twice now and the staff is always cool. Two thumbs up. 👍👍

The staff is extremely helpful (Nicole is super sweet!!) and the facility is very clean. There is always carts available and the storage unit meets my needs. I’ve used several self storage companies before (CubeSmart, Public Storage, U-Haul) and US Storage Centers is the best I’ve used so far.

The units are reasonably priced and clean. Management is friendly and helpful. The only thing that I think needs improvement is more carts. It seems like I'm always having to search for one. Other than that, I recommend US Storage for a affordable storage that's clean.

Deceptive pricing. I was lied to when setting up the account. Only aloud to use one flat lock. Elevators aren't code specific. The front desk rarely answers the phone. The entrance door opens at will without a code entered. Known criminals (thieves) have access to the building.

The rates went up constantly to the point where after three years I went from $100 to almost $250, but even right now as a new customer I would pay less than $100 a month for the exact same space AFTER their sign up promotion - so obviously their business model is to slowly jack up the rates after you've already moved your stuff in and aren't paying attention/don't want the hassle of moving. Absolutely insane, no way I would use them again.

The storage units are kept in great condition and the staff is knowledgeable , professional and always helpful.

Convenient location, good promotional price, excellent and friendly staff. The contract does state that they can change your rate after whatever the initial period is, so be aware of that.

I could not get in the front gate and Adam helped me figure it out. He was already off the clock and stayed a little while longer to help me get in the front gate it was amazing! Such a nice employee!!

Nice clean facility and professional. Some of your rules are a little too strict, causing your front desk person to be stressed. She is trying to follow all the rules verbatim, like not letting someone charge their phone while they're there. That's a little silly for a company not to allow this for 10 minutes to charge a cell phone. Your employee has a difficult time even telling people what they can't do and it doesn't come across well. It's not her fault but it's your stringent policies that could be just a little more adaptable and lenient.

The day we moved into the storage we had wonderful service from your team members, mainly the front desk person. They were super helpful.

Super easy set up, really friendly staff and very clean facility.

US Storage has an easy and fast registration process, you can also do auto pay when registering, you do have to pay for a lock as part of the first month payment. Perfect time and Gate access during the week. Manager is very helpful at the plantation Florida location, there are carts available as well and restrooms. You can also purchase boxes and tapes if you need any. Great location as I only live less than 10 minutes away.
