I bought the cherry almond turbo mousse and the tanning water.

To begin with the tan went on fairly well, making my skin look airbrushed almost and I left it on for 8+ hours. It did smell really good to begin with. The biscuity fake tan smell does appear after a while though.

I woke up to a patchy orange mess and it wasn’t dark AT ALL. I can’t say I’ve ever had such a poor outcome from any tan used in the past.

I understand that I could well be one of few people who have a bad experience with this tan.
I turn to beauty products for a little confidence boost and this has done the total opposite. Not what I expected from a product costing £25.

This does not make your skin better it made my skin break out more causing painful spots and made my face orange I would not recommend and its very expensive for what it is...

Oh how I wish every shopping experience was like this, even though my original order got lost with Royal Mail, Utan did all they could to help me resolve the issue, despite it not being their fault, I had a replacement sent and that was the end of that.
Fully feel like they care about their customers and the manner in which it was all handled was superb and extremely efficient.
All communications are answered promptly with clear, helpful responses.

I have fair skin and my skin type is dry, sensitive and prone to eczema flare up. After reading about the wonders this tan can do for people with skin issues similar to mine, along with others, I ordered the duo of this tan one in each shade. My delivery was dispatched very quickly and I didn't have to wait very long for it to arrive considering Xmas was inbetween. It is quick and easy to apply, it doesn't transfer or stain. It has a very strong lavender scent but this does fade quickly and becomes a typical fake tan smell once its dried down and starts developing. So far it hasn't done anything to improve my skin issues but it certainly hasn't caused any further irritation or triggered any flare ups which is good. It doesn't cling to dry patches and made my skin look smooth and glowy. This tan is gradual and buildable and I did notice my face felt a little drier and tighter after multiple applications. It hasn't developed on my face as much as it has other places but this is something I experience with the majority of tanning products. The colour of the lightest shade is very subtle and natural. This is something I like but if you have a darker skin tone this probably won't be dark enough for you even after multiple applications. It hasn't turned my eyebrows or hairline orange and I can't see any yellow tones. It's just a gorgeous flush of natural colour. I use this one on my face and neck and arms for those days where I want a touch of colour but don't want to look overly bronzed. I used the 50% darker tan on my legs to compare. I didn't notice a massive difference in the depth of the tan. It took about 3 applications to get it to a solid medium golden tan. I have had this tan on for about 5-6 days now and it is lasting well and hasn't started fading patches. The colour is still lovely. The only other thing is, this product is marketed as a facial tanner so I personally feel the bottles seem quite small. Combine this with the fact its a gradual tan so you may need multiple applications to reach your desired shade. These bottles won't last all that long which makes this a pricey tan to keep purchasing. I am pleased with this product and I do like the colour, but the bottles are small. I recommend this for fair - light/medium sensitive skin folks. Anything darker you'd probably be better off choosing a different product. I would try a different UTAN product but unsure with my sensitive skin.
P.S it does leave a horrible taste in your mouth but all in all would defo repurchase UTAN.

On receiving my order one of the spray bottles was not working correctly, contacted customer services who got back to me straight away and quickly resolved this, Excellent customer service and can’t wait to purchase more products.

Ordered multiple items from utan, one of them was on pre order, unlike most companies which release the items available first then send pre order when ready, they wanted to hold the whole order until the pre order item was ready months later. I’ve never had a company do this before, with no clear communication that this is what they would do. You can get similar brands elsewhere which are just as good and easier to deal with.

Utan dark face mist tans OVER my skin care so I don't have to choose between a brown dry face or a white moisturised face. I can have a BROWN MOISTURISED FACE! and I do! Every day!
My whole life I have been satisfied with all other fake tans on the market. Some more so than others but the utan turbo mousse is hands down the best fake tan I hav ever tried. I will use it for the rest of my life.

Great customer service and the only face tan that doesn’t clog my pores so I messaged utan on Instagram to ask about some of their new products and they were so helpful and in depth with the advice which I appreciated given this is not standard when you’re asking brands before you buy. I recently purchased the utan x J. Genevieve tanning water spray and i have to say it is by far the best tanning solution i have used on my face. my skin is very sensitive and prone to breakouts and this spray is gentle and causes no problems to my skin. My face is glowing after just a few uses. the lavender scent is an added bonus. will 100% buy again

This is the first time I’ve used the turbo tanning mousse & I wish I’d found it sooner!
Lovely bronze colour after 3 hours.
I have psoriasis on my elbows and knees and also dry hands just before tanning I apply a thickish layer of nivea cream to these areas and it keeps it from going really dark.
If like me you do go a little darker due to dry patches & you have something special planned, I use revolution stick foundation over these small areas and powdered it down with a darker Matt powder to even out the overall Finnish.
I’ll now be an continuous user 😁😍

Utan is a fab company! The tanning waters, mylk and turbo tan are the BEST on the market! Please don’t ever discontinue any of them 😳🤣 Always super fast updates and delivery. There’s always discount codes too so you really are always getting a good deal. I’ve used them for over a year now and I’ve never had a bad experience so I don’t understand the people leaving bad reviews! 5* from me, I’d give 10 if I could for the service and the products! Very poor service, I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my order! It was meant to be sent with Express Tracked 2 - 4 working days delivery.

Utan blamed the delay on Royal Mail and promised my order had been sent, yet their tracking reference has never updated from 'sender despatching item'.

When emailing Utan they kept saying my order had been shipped, yet there's no evidence of this.

I have also chased this order 5 times, they have not chased my order with Royal Mail.

Very poor service.
