As a new business owner I had no idea about the energy market, how it worked and what services were available. My first contact was from Lee who was excellent and is going to manage my account moving forward, then my second contact was with Josh who was so professional and went over and above to find me a highly competitive deal.

Aside from the professionalism of both guys and the deal I signed, the other huge positive from Utilink was their transparency. At no stage was I blasted with jargon, everything was clear and concise and I now feel super comfortable that I’m in great hands. Cheers guys.

Really friendly and approachable. There's never any pressure, no pushy sales, just a clear and detailed discussion on the best way forward. It's great to have direct contact with our own account manager Vicki who has been nothing but helpful.

Gavin Ferguson is brilliant, sorted out our water, gas and electric deals (cheapest prices) was available to answer questions and used all the necessary security procedures.

Sam has always been a huge help in procuring our energy contracts. Between regular contact, pitching a number of options whilst being open and transparent has always made our experience a positive one.
