Con Artists

Signed up for help with getting a refund on estimated bills but instead they tried to change our supplier without even consulting us. Heard nothing from them since signing up. If you get a call from Utility Alliance ignore it!!!

I've wanted to make a complaint about Utlity Alliance directly for some time now, I have sent two requests, one through the online form and the other with the email address provided on the website, all I wanted to know was how to make that complaint, but I am getting no response

More than happy with Unity Alliance

We have used Utility Alliance for the past 10 months and have found the staff very efficient and responsive.
My main point of call is to Senior Energy Consultant, Stuart Ritchie, and he has helped me immensely whenever I have had a query that I need answering. He is very understanding and responds to my queries in double quick time. I'm impressed.

Brilliant time saving service

We usually do our own shopping around for energy prices but having discovered the very efficient and professional service from Utility Alliance we no longer have to . The hiccups with our old supplier were ironed out and we even got a refund for the inconvenience caused - not something we would have bothered to chase ourselves There is one less thing for a very small business to have to bother with every year now

Great Service

Utility Alliance do the hard work of finding the best deal. Andy was friendly and informative in talking us through the process of finding a new contract to suit our company. We ended up renewing with our current supplier as they offered the most competitive deal.

Very helpful through out but first prices were far too high and direct contact will possible supplier received much lower quote. Kaleb then revised revisited site and obtained a marginally better price.
Very attentive thereafter to ensure satisfaction.

Great Service

I must say since I have been using Utility Alliance to manage my British Gas accounts it has totally reduced my time wasted dealing with BG issues, this is now all being managed to my satisfaction by Utility Alliance and their team, would have no hesitation to recommend their services.

Stuart Ritchie has given me excellent service, nothing has been any trouble, he has always been eager to help and understanding of difficulties I have at home with my mother and her dementia, it is not always been able to do things at once. I would have no worry in recommending him and your company to anyone.

Made the effort to get my business when no other energy provider was bothered

Adam Moody made the extra effort to get my new business premises connected to an energy supplier when other companies i had tried never came back to me, even when chased.

Adam deserved my business and i have been contacted by him more than once after he had completed the signup to ensure that everything had been completed by the chosen supplier.

Highly recommended, professional staff, helpful and friendly, what more can i say, look no further, i wish i found them from the start.
