My experience with uwu4dogs was okay just a little slow delivery but that's expected, I would rather support small business wasn't aware of them it came on my advertisement and placed a order saw a few reviews but was skeptical of ordering as they seem relatively new but took the risk order arrived fine, double packaged as it should be, amazon should learn from small businesses how to package product properly, my dogs happy, am pleased what more can I ask for

Ordered, charged & failed to deliver
Although ordering a specific dry dog food when there was no indication they had no stock, they still took the money. After chasing the order, and receiving a reply that the shipment was delayed due to staff shortages, it still didn’t arrive. After well over a week, they decided to cancel the order and took another few days to refund me. It is likely they didn’t have the stock ordered, but were not honest enough to admit it if that was the case.

No package no resolution
I ordered from them because there was a delay with my subscription order from Amazon. No product delivered, when I contacted them they stated that it had been delivered as courier proof? I did NOT receive the item and when contacted they did not apologise until i mentioned it and kept insisting i needed a number off the packaging before they could proceed. Not resolved as I was unable to provide evidence lesson learnt and won't be ordering from them in the future unfortunately. ****NO REFUND AS OF 18/06/25***STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND as their reply stated 23/7/25

Awesome price
Awesome price. Saved me some money from buying elsewhere. Fast delivery but I didn't know when it was dispatched or when it was arriving. No information was sent out to say when it was on the way but it did arrive safely with a neighbour.

A generally tedious process throughout
Item was slow in arriving-I was told it had been reordered as it was damaged in transit-I was given a later date so had to purchase another locally-however, it arrived after I’d just returned-courier left gates open whilst ‘trying to access premises’ despite a safe area being very evident-dogs were put at risk-generally tedious process!

Not the best experience.
I used UwU4Dogs because it was the best price on a Google search, and the reviews in the main were good.
Once purchased I received an automated email stating my order was ready to be shipped. I heard nothing after that, so 4 days later I contacted them to find out when I can expect my dog food as I was running low.
I got a quick reply stating my order was delivered yesterday, but it wasn’t. When I told them this they made further enquiries and then informed me the delivery was actually returned to them, damaged!
I do wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t contacted them, as they didn’t make contact with me first.
I did get an apology and I’m waiting for a refund. I couldn’t trust the same thing happening again.
Other companies offer an almost next day service, with dispatch and delivery information at every stage. In future I’d rather pay more and know I will be getting the goods I pay for promptly.
I cannot recommend this company after my experience.
