Well done, u changed a negative to a positive
Had to change the negative review to positive experience...within two hours of putting the negative on here that I had been waiting a week for one bag of dog food it was delivered and I was contacted by the company to confirm this . Only for the longer wait on delivery I would have gave them five stars. Well done uwu4dogs you did good and followed up on the service thank you.

Problem with HA purina canine 3kg x2
Been using this company for several months now purchasing my dogs hydrolyzed diet. My dog always loves this food, until this morning We opened a new bag and he literally wouldn’t go anywhere near the bowl. He continued to refuse it at dinner time. (He never misses a meal it’s his favourite time of day!) so we opened the second bag and he sadly refused that aswell. He did however finish off the food in his treat bag like he had been starved (this was from the previous bag)
I emailed the company and was told
