Poor reliability and no delivery updates
Delivery was late, no notification that the order was dispatched. Contacted them and got a response over a day later that my order was returned to them damaged. Requested a redelivery instead of a refund, only to be told later that a colleague had already refunded me. So no information about my delivery at all and now I've run out of food. They may be cheap but avoid if you want reliable updates and deliveries.

BEWARE
I’ve used this company twice. The first time we couldn’t locate the delivery but it transpired that it went to our neighbour. The second time we never received it at all. I asked for proof of delivery by either a photograph or signature (which is normal) and they just send a photograph of a web page saying “delivered to reception” with no address nor proof. I would NEVER use again! Chinese Company who use Amazon to dropship i think so absolutely no reason they could not provide proof as Amazon clearly provide this.

Uwu4dogs were certainly the cheapest I could find for the dog food that needed. I wasn’t so sure about using them at first as I couldn’t see many reviews but thought I’d give them ago. The item was ordered on Thursday evening and I received it on the Saturday. I would definitely recommend them and will have no hesitation in using them again. Only one suggestion would be a notification of dispatch to the buyer would be useful but wasn’t a huge problem for me. Thank you 👍
