Ex-display item purchase
Bought an ex-display paceman bowling machine.
On the positive side the item was dispatched quickly and received on time.
Wasn't expecting it to like brand new, but there was no original box and no instructions manual or part list - Had to spend hours trying to figure out assembly. The mid leg of the stand on which the machine stands don't seem to fit well. I hope I have assembled it correctly but cannot be sure if all parts were received or was something missing given lack of instructions/part list. Also some of the parts were quite dusty.

Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Very professional staff. Asad - the manager is a top bloke: genuine nice guy who cares for this customers. Excellent range of cricket gear. The New Balance DC1280 pads are 1st class. Would definitely recommend using this company.

And by second hand I meant the grips looked worn almost like they had decade over time in the packaging that was sealed. Will order again as the service is always on time
