My Contact was Reggie Macalinao who is so professional in handling problems, my emails were responded within 24hrs (sometimes less) - nothing was a problem to him. He explained the fault in the fittings (which made sense). Now awaiting replacement fittings, 7-9 days. Very pleased with V-Tac and the result.

Disappointing
Our experience with V-TAC has been disappointing, to say the least. They have consistently neglected our needs, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Dealing with credits and refunds has been a time-consuming ordeal, further straining our relationship.
Perhaps the most significant letdown has been their failure to provide a dedicated account representative who maintains regular contact. In the past, we had hoped for a fruitful business partnership with V-TAC, but their lack of attentiveness and follow-through has made it clear that they are not committed to fostering a mutually beneficial relationship.
Overall, our interactions with V-TAC have left us feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer. We regret that what could have been a promising partnership has fallen short of our expectations.

I purchased 2 PIR floodlights via Toolstation, 1 had a questionable seal integrity. One email & a few photos was all that was needed for Daniel & the team to leap into action & resolve the situation to my complete satisfaction, in around 24 hrs.
