For our retirement present we brought in our 3 children and their families for a week in St. Augustine Beach at a house we rented through Vacation Rental Pros. The house, Peace of Paradise, was perfect and gave us the ability to spread out and enjoy the space that was provided. All families had a private bedroom and bathroom. I thought that the town would draw them to explore and visit, however, the pool, the beach and the house kept our group with children aged 2 to 8 busy and engaged. It was a fabulous and memorable time for us and we are contemplating doing it again.

Great location, perfect place. Met our expectations to a "T". Would consider staying here again. Loved the beach, loved the pool. Something for everyone.

My complaint to - VRP AGENT-please let me know that you have received the pictures. My rental car is covered in dust from sawing and this is terrible that although I called to verify that all was ok with this rental, i was never told construction would be taking place! There are drills and nails on steps up to apartment as well as handrails taken apart. This is ridiculous and i cannot move my 85 year old father at this point. I have stocked with groceries, etc and i am afraid that this will affect him walking. I will use back walkway for him but besides flying from ny for a vacation this is nothing I expected. I chose vacation rental pros because of the recommendations as i am a property manager in ny Hampton s and this is not acceptable. I appreciate your help.

Next day after no response-i wrote-
I have my 85 year old father here and he has ptsd and Alzheimer's disease, i cannot move him. We will stay in the back area and i will try to limit the front construction area. But absolutely i cannot change him. We have all our groceries, clothes etc in place and i have a return flight to ny on Sunday. He is being driven back to sc on Sunday by my sister who lives in saint Augustine. This was to be a relaxing quite vacation and i am very disappointed but i have already wasted too much time and do not want to

I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE So THEN I COMPLAINED TO OWNER OF VRPros
This was his response-
Once again, how long until I hear from someone. This is terrible! No response from your company. I have checked out at 8:15 this morning and still no call. I have called, emailed, sent pictures, videos, and still nothing. I am a vacation property rental manager in new york and this is unheard of.

I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM OR THE AGENT AGAIN. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, nor RECOMMEND THEM. AT THE VERY LEAST I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE A RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINTS, INSTEAD THEY IGNORED MY TEXTS, EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. I NEVER EXPECTED TO HAVE CONSTRUCTION GOING ON DURING MY STAY, ESPECIALLY WHEN I CALLED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL AND WAS ASSURED THERE WAS NOTHING.

The experience that I had was extremely satisfying and explanation to my unit was on point. Can't wait to starts planning future vacations

last year, we booked at the last minute for an end of summer school vacay in st. augustine beach and we used the app to find and book a sweet property 2 blocks off the beach and we loaded up and had a blast! the property was fantastic, the beach was great and the rental process was fast and efficient! we had no problems at all and decided to book a summer vacay home again for this year already!

Check in and check out was very convenient, home had an ant problem but besides that everything else was good , may use again .

Vacation pros were professional, courteous and helpfull.

Vacation Rental Pros have been very professional and thorough each time we have rented vacation properties through them. From the reservation to the check-out, each part of the process has been well orchestrated.

I had an issue with Vacation Rental Pros last Sept 2016 and it still hasn't been settled . Numerous calls, e-mails, and even a hand written letter! Not impressed

We booked our favorite Florida Vacation spots twice last year with Vacation Rental Pros. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
Both properties were of excellent value and in great oceanfront locations. We were very pleased with both of our choices- in January on St. Augustine Beach and again in November on Crescent Beach. The check-in/checkout process was thoroughly covered through emails and easy to navigate through. We will book with them in the future.

Customer service is poor. Their selection is great online tools are simple to use but if you have a question expect days for a response. Maintenance they will be there in a few days maybe

My family has used Vacation Rental Pros to find our Florida vacation home for the past 6 years. We have never had any issues. Their customer service is excellent. One year we had chosen our rental home and about halfway thru the contract, he house was no longer being rented. Vacation Rental Pros made sure I have a replacement house with the same amenities and within my budget. They went above in my opinion. That's why I keep coming back

Every home we have rented has been neat and clean.
VRP is a good place for your vacation rental needs.

Booking with them is an easy, enjoyable experience with no worries of what you will walk into when you arrive at the rental. We booked over the summer because they were pet friendly and very reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised at the level of service that came after booking. We were sent a link to download an app specific to our unit with helpful information and suggestions about the rental and the surrounding area. They checked on us a few times via email during our stay and the rental was well furnished and very clean. As a result we didn't look with any other company for booking our upcoming trips.

Cancel a reservation more than 2 months out, but if it's not within 48 hours of making the reservation, forfeit of $300.

Will never use them again.

Condo needs some maintenance work and updating. Sea Place is a great place to stay. Quite, secure and clean. Also, got 7 calls from different agents of Vacation Rental Pros trying to get me to sign up for next year. Very annoying.

super place to work with got us in when we did not think we could get in, I always check with them 1st

Loved my room and vacation

We used them for our last vacation. Very convenient and very easy to use book our vacation. Was very satisfied with our rental.

From start to finish they made our stay super confortable, from the easiness of payment to the organization of the property and information app that was amazing.
