The registration was pretty good and looked like all was covered. The departure was good too The unit needs some updating we had to call exterminator for roaches not good. The noise in one room because of water heater and had issues w dishwasher and the blender burn upon first use. The maintenance dept reacted quick which was good and handled all issues we were inconvenienced a bit waiting for maintenance personnel.
Otherwise the unit it's okay. Everything else was ok. The area was pleasant though beach is very far unfortunately

It was a truly delightful experience and would definitely do it again.

From the moment we entered the vacation rental we found the place to be dirty (meaning feces on toilets, etc). Unfortunately we were at the vacation home during the hurricane and lost 3 nights of stay which we were told by the company we would be reimbursed for, NOT. Prior to hurricane, we called many times to ask what we should do to the house to prepare and the one time someone answered, we were told they are taking care of the more elite properties first. So I guess because we were in a bronze property, we didn't count as humans. The company has stopped accepting my calls, are ignoring my emails and will not communicate with me to resolve this issue.

We have used Vacation Rental Pros everytime we go to St.Augustin to visit our daughter and they always have the right house at the right price, and to only have to put down 300 as a deposit is so help wiylth budgeting! !! They are the best!!!

We loved our stay at Beacher's lodge, the view! The beach! Oasis & Sunset grill!! Loved spending time with my mom and the view!!

They always have what we need for our summer vacation in Florida. The management provides excellent service and their properties are clean with any price point you want. Great Florida Beaches!

The ocean view is the best feature of the house. The cleaning crew did a good job of cleaning the surface areas and preparing the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The house is only a 3 bedroom house, although it is advertised as a 4 bedroom. Someone is counting bunk beds in a 9’ X 10' foot room with no closet as a bedroom.
Inconvenient access to the house. Steep hill.
I realize this is a rental house and can understand the marks on the walls and stains on the furniture, but this house has the appearance of being abandoned by the owner.
Numerous mattresses are being stored in the single car garage which makes it difficult to open car doors once you get your car into the garage.
The dune walkover has some completely rotten through boards at the ocean end of the walkover. You have to step over the hole.
There are cracks in the walls and spots on the ceiling which appear to be due to prior, or existing, water leaks.
Several of the doors to the outside do not close tightly. ( they have large gaps between the door and the frame). Maybe this explains why we had to purchase pesticides to kill roaches, spiders, ants and salamanders during our stay.
The plaster is falling off the ceiling in the small first floor bathroom.
What we thought was the neighbor’s security alarm turned out to be the pool pump making a very loud noise.
The exterior of the house needs some cleaning/painting. The doors are dirty, the paint is coming off the deck and dune walkover, the landscaping is washing down the hill.

Steve Milo, the President of Vacation Rental Pro, told me via email on Dec 8, 2016, that someone would contact me. On January 12, 2017, I sent Mr. Milo an email advising him that no one ever contacted me. On February 1, 2017, I sent Mr. Milo another email advising him that the property was still being advertised as a 4 bedroom, that my review was not included on the website, and no one had called.

We had a great stay in St Augustine Florida and look forward to return trip this summer.Vacation Rental Pros was great to us the Condo was great and very clean.I highly recommend them.

From rental not being ready because it had not being cleaned from previous renters was told by housekeeping would be there when they could just wait in Florida heat in July with a one year old and groceries-over 4 hours to air not working properly and having to stay at house 2 days for air company to come was reimbursed 500.00 out of a 6000.00 rental only after I turned this into Better Business Bureau

As a family of five we had plenty of room and both pools were clean and the kids loved the water slide! The beach was also clean and not overpopulated! A GREAT PLACE TO GO AND RELAX TO SOAK UP THE SUN!! A+ STAY

Very disappointed in service this year. First never received the Internet codes or key codes for the condo when I called them two weeks before leaving they said we never got a signed contract! Well they took all the money for rent but never bothered to call me to say they never received the contract. Well signed another and sent no problem. Get down here and the wifi code does not work call them up and he said he would get back to me. He never did I figured it out for myself. Lastly my condo is for sale they never disclosed that to me at time of renting I found myself online. Last but most important they would call and ask if I wanted to rent this same condo next year I said yes, assuming I was put on the calendar, but I keep getting the same call asking the same thing. So I did more research and found out they no longer have the contract to rent this after I leave this year. I would have paid them drove down next year only to find I did not have a place to stay (which I have found that a few people did in other condos thru vacation rental pros, came down only to find they could not stay in assigned condo) I was lucky enough to find out the rental company that took on this condo so God willing it does not get sold I have a contract for next year. If at all possible do not use this rental agency! However I know that have the most pet friendly units which is why I used them. I am working on others to open up to more pet friendly units.

We have rented different properties in St. Augustine through Vacation Rental Pros for the last five years. Their personnel have always been very helpful and friendly, and the properties as advertised. Last year, we did have a problem with booking and deposits that took a while to straighten out, but I think that was caused more by an owner taking a property off the market after booking, rather than by Vacation Rental Pros.

Great people to work with and great customer service. Home we rented was even better than described. Will work with them again on a vacation rental.

Everything was as advertised. Flawless check in. An amazing week on the beach. The condo was in great shape and the garage was filled with beach toys!! Everything was available for the perfect and relaxing beach week!!

I have been renting from VRP for going on 10 years and had all ways had great service with nice discounts. I will continue using them for many years to come and hope to use their service real soon.

i have too say that the last 2 years i had a very good support of vacation rental villas in finding a suitable accomodation at avery nice ressort ,and all according to what is offered in the voucher.it all start with a very helpfull person on the phone who guides you through the whole booking wirhin 10 minutes.within 2days you go through the whole procedure from signing the agreement till the cofirmation.when you arrive on the first day off your stay the people off the office on frt myers beach are very friendly and helpfull too give you a quick handling off the keys.when you enter the rented appartment it looks excactly as subscribed.and during your stay they several times ask you if anything else is required to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.thats why i can recommend doing bussiness with this company
