Had the most wonderful experience at MACS Clinic with Dr. Shailesh Vadodaria. From start to finish for labiaplasty I felt cared for and listened to, and I am so incredibly happy with my results - not just from an aesthetic point of view, but from a comfort and lifestyle changing point of view too. The nurses and whole clinic team are very warm, good humoured and caring and made my experience very calming. Dr. Vadodaria was on hand immediately if I needed any questions answered after the procedure, and also followed up personally to see how I was feeling straight after surgery. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Vadodaria and will always be thankful for the work he's done.

This clinic is the best clinic ever. They are very trustworthy and very good. I had my surgery one week ago and the results are just amazing. I recommend this clinic to everyone. The doctor is very nice, polite and helpful. I really want to thank him for his amazing work and for making me feel happy with myself. Also the nurses and the staff of MACS Clinic are really kind and supportive. They encouraged me throughout all of the surgery and I am greateful to all of them.

My treatment was amazing- I had otoplasty performed just after my 18th birthday. It was fast, easy, and felt cared for from start to finish. After doing a lot of research I went to see Mr Vadodaria he did my surgery. wow he's work is amazing!! The results are fantastic I am so glad I followed through having surgery with himself.

My dimple surgery review with Mr Vadodaria at MACS Clinic in Watford

I highly recommend dimple surgery with Mr Vadodaria. I am 36 years old people continuously think I’m about 18 years old after the surgery which I take as a compliment.

I was obsessed with dimples for about eight years and admired those that had them, but this surgery was not well known then so I do recommend that you think it through before doing it.

I have had zero complications after surgery and pain after surgery is about 2 out of 10 and you can eat and drink as normal afterwards.

Mr Vadodaria is very caring and explained the whole procedure with a few face-to-face consultations. after-care is amazing where he shall text and make sure everything is okay.

The procedure itself only takes about 10 minutes and you don’t feel a thing!
I used those little round plasters for my face afterwards and it’s great that we can wear a face mask at work so nobody notices you have had surgery.

You also get some follow-up appointments so that you both can see the results and check the healing process.

My end result is amazing, being fully healed they are deep and round and believe me if you want to look younger this is the way to go and did I mention, endless male attention, which is so complimentary.

Bad nose job under MACs, hospital staff failed to remove IV drip properly as they were un-trained resulting in me losing alot of blood during the hospital stay, I nearly -censored- and the trainee nurse just run out of the room left me bleeding for 5mins+ while the IV drip, blood was all over the sheets.

The surgeron did not listen when I asked him to make my nose straight, it looks the same as before, he also removed too much cartilage resulting in my nose looking lopsided from the front.

It appears on his website he does over 20+ different surgeries, a jack of the trade but a master of none. I would question the positive reviews.

I went to Dr Vadodaria for a gynaecomastia consultation in 2019. He was very receptive, friendly, honest and open to questions. As a result of the pandemic and my own dithering, I didn't follow up on this until 2022. I requested specifically for excision-only, without liposuction, as I didn't want the extra hassle and cost, and I felt that this would look a little unnatural. Dr Vadodaria appears to be one of the few surgeons to offer this as an option, which was one of the reasons that I chose his service. Furthermore, he was patient despite my prolonging the decision to go ahead with it.

On the day, everything proceeded smoothly. The rest of the team - the anaesthetist, nurses and the second surgeon - were very friendly and reassuring. If I felt that the local anaesthetic was wearing off, I would simply communicate this. The surgery was complete within one and a half hours without any problems. The aftercare included three visits to the clinic, after one, two and six weeks. The necessary information was provided beforehand, and Dr Vadodaria was easily accessible in case I had questions. The one thing I would say is that, after your wound dressings come off, you should apply a little Vaseline and some antiseptic cream to it, along with a hydrocolloid wound dressing that covers the entire incision. Don't apply silicone gel patches to wounds that haven't healed, as they can potentially tear off the scab.

I recently had a procedure to remove an unsightly sebaceous keratosis from the side of my face. I chose to have this dome at the Macs clinic in Watford by Mr Valadoria because he had been recommended by a friend who was very pleased with the outcome of a similar voperation some weeks earlier.

I received wonderful serviceand I am very pleased with th result. I had been embarassed by this disfigurement for a long time, but now it has totally gone. Mr Valadaria was so helpful. he explained all stages of the procedure and the recovery period. The staff were lovely and I felt they genmuinely cared about me . I would definitely recommend the Macs clinic in Watford and I would like to thank Mr Valadaria and all the staff for providing such a fantastic service and positive experience. I visited the MACS Clinic in Watford not long ago and I had a fabulous experience. The staff at the Clinic are honest, kind and hospitable people who deliver an exceptional service.

I cannot recommend them enough. They were so accommodating and I am very happy with the results of my dimple surgery.

The consultation was very detailed and informative. The staff helped to calm my nerves and there was no pressure to get the surgery done. They care about the patients and this was evident during my consultation.

The aftercare has been great. The staff have been in contact via email, whatsapp and zoom meetings. They have attended to my questions and I am confident that I made the best decision to get my surgery done by Mr Vadodaria.

I won't mince my words. Its definitely all about the money at this surgery. I came in to discuss the simple removal of a small lump, left with suggestions of liposuction. Had to keep trying to get back to the reason for my original visit... Left, back to the lipo conversation. He, (the surgeon), asked how I would pay for any treatment, due to being 'unemployed'.... For all they knew I could have won to lottery. Very personal, very disappointing. FYI, I could very much afford it. Nonetheless, I'm going elsewhere. The impression I got, I can imagine more costs being sprung on me last minute.

Dr Shailesh and his staff have been very accommodating and professional. Excellent service before and after the operation, MACS Clinic is the very best.

I recently had the gynecomastia surgery and am currently in the after care process which has been great and very informative. I've had gynecomastia since my teenage years, being too embarrassed to take off my shirt going swimming or wearing anything well-fitting. I've lost weight in the past but it has always remained - I thought it was in my head for the first few years! It has had huge mental health implications and my confidence was non-existent. I finally made the decision to have the surgery after years of researching then giving up, then I found Mr.Vadodaria and his clinic. My experience has been incredible, from the initial consultation to the amazing team who have been very supportive and responsive to any questions.

I found MACS Cosmetic clinic through an online advert and went there to undergo a double procedure to correct gynecomastia and reduce the nipple size on my right chest. My whole experience of this was excellent. The clinic itself is great with a comforting interior and free WIFI and refreshments provided. The administrative staff there are brilliant and were constantly in touch to discuss the various assessments and post-operative check ups that I needed to attend as well as concisely laying out the nature of the surgery. The surgery itself was really superb. The nurses and the anesthesiologist on hand were so lovely and evidently very competent and I felt completely comfortable laying there on the surgery bed. Mr Vadodaria did an excellent job removing the excess breast tissue and reducing the size of my nipple and it was all completed within an hour. The recovery process has been smooth with very little pain experienced in the aftermath of the surgery. This process was aided by three in-person check ups (and a fourth due in a few more weeks) and outside of these Mr Vadodaria has always been on hand to answer any questions I had about my recovery. My gynecomastia and nipple size had been a real insecurity for me for many years and I am so grateful for Mr Vadodaria and the MACS team. I now feel so much more confident and secure in my body!

Shailesh is absolutely brilliant. Right from the get go he is honest and instills confidence in your to proceed with the procedure. He is true to his word and most of all he does take care of you throughout the process. A 100% recommendation.

I had inverted nipple surgery in May 2021 and waited until now to evaluate how it turned out. First of all Dr Vadodaria was fantastic and made me so comfortable under the personal circumstances. It has now been 8 weeks since my labiaplasty procedure and I could not be happier with my results.
