    We recently had the pleasure of working with Estera from Vagaro to build our new website for Tate, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.

    From start to finish, Estera made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She guided us through every step with patience, clarity, and real professionalism. Even when we were incredibly fussy about the smallest details (which we definitely were!), she never once made us feel like we were asking for too much. Instead, she always reassured us, listened carefully, and made adjustments without hesitation.

    Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and calm approach made what could have been a daunting project feel smooth and enjoyable. We truly felt supported throughout the whole build.

    I would highly recommend this booking…

    I would highly recommend this booking system ! The onboarding support is excellent! I was asking million questions and calls and the answers were received immediately! Jack my onboarding manager is amazing ! The interface of my booking system looks brilliant. Happy with my choice and I did try few other systems previously.

    So happy with the service Ive received …

    So happy with the service Ive received from Vagaro. I’ve had constant support with the booking system and a deal for a free website setup and the website is great too! I receive constant support with the team available on WhatsApp with any concerns! Everyone is lovely and so quick to help. Very happy salon owner 👌

    I recently moved over to Vagaro from Fresha and worked with Estera on my new website. The switchover was quick and seamless and the whole process felt incredibly well managed from start to finish. Estera listened carefully to everything I wanted, she took all my feedback on board and came back with a website that was even better than I could have imagined. Any tweaks were handled quickly with great attention to detail throughout. I’m extremely happy with the final result and I would highly recommend Estera from the Vagaro team 🩷

    Great options for small businesses like mine. I like the flat fee payment for all that I get with it. Also having Customer Consent forms sent digitally is a massive help that makes my business look very professional.

    Mysite website

    I have been using Vagaro for my salon booking software for the last year and been very happy with it. I have just used the mysite website service to update my website. Estera was my web designer and I love what she has done with the site , made it easier to navigate, it looks more stylish and is more cohesive . All while keeping the essence of the business. Thanks Estera , you have been an absolutel pleasure to deal with .

    I hated using this app as an esthetician's client

    As someone who tried to book cosmetologist through this app - worst user experience ever. Confusing workflows, extremely slow, nothing is loading, any web page element can load or not load randomly like a Cheshire cat, utterly inconsistent across mobile and web, no way to contact support and fix the issues, no way to redeem the consultation fee against the next treatment - an absolute disgrace from every angle.

    If you are a beauty or medical business - please spare you customer nerves and time and get something sleeker and faster. It really feels like this app has entered end of life stage of zero maintenance, zero support and plentiful of vulnerabilities, and the last one out turns off the lights...

    Switching software to Vagaro

    We switched to Vagaro this week after using a bespoke system for 10 years, and I was really nervous about the change. Thanks to Liam, the whole process has been incredibly smooth.

    He’s been at the end of the phone for every query from me and my team, has helped us tweak and customise things, delivered team training, and made sure everyone felt fully prepared for launch.

    We were deciding between Vagaro and Phorest for our new software, and I’m so glad we chose Vagaro – largely because of the outstanding, consistent support we’ve had.

    Poor customer service, no response, tricked to pay

    I was contacted by someone from Vagaro via text message. I responded as I was looking for something as a new business and was given a free trial period. A few weeks later, I emailed them stating that I did not want to renew once the paid subscription would begin. I was told that I needed to sign in to cancel by the 5th of November, but when I attempted to log in back in September, I encountered issues and was unable to access my account.

    On the 5th of November, when I noticed the payment had been taken (and was still pending), I contacted them again to cancel, explaining that I had already emailed at least two months before the renewal date. The representative who responded questioned the issues I had experienced, implying that I was not being truthful. I then asked if they could at least give me access to my account for November since it was already the 18th, meaning I had lost more than two weeks of access. Since then, I have been completely ignored. Even if I was to continue with them, I don't really trust their customer service.

    I have now had to open a dispute with my payment provider just to get a response, but I still haven’t heard anything. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Vagaro - their customer service has been extremely poor.

    Switching was so simple.

    Switching from another booking system was so easy, the customer support has been second to none from day one. I initially just wanted the booking system however now have my website and payment system through Vagaro too. Easy to navigate on a range of devices.

    Very slow loading times, poor design

    Please do not use this app if you're a chiropractor. I'm being charged £100 to leave due to getting a "free" wisepad, even though it doesn't work. They said I can reboot and then it will be refreshed, so I can connect to stripe. But this doesn't work. Communication is poor, no app should be this slow to load, website loading is extremely slow. It's the same layout and problems as 7 years ago when I used in another job.
