Vagaro are absolutely amazing. Estera and Liam are so professional and so helpful. The website wstera built is brilliant and vagaro as a company are excellent to work with and sp customer focused.

I’ve had a brilliant experience setting up Vagaro for my beauty business. Tom was absolutely fantastic—patient, knowledgeable, and really supportive throughout the whole process. Estra was equally helpful and made sure everything was running smoothly with my website and design. The system itself is user-friendly and packed with features that make running my salon so much easier. Highly recommended for anyone in the beauty industry!

Estera Build my new mysite website and transferred my existing domain and connected it to my new website. She absolutely understood the assignment and got my website looking super professional and it just flow seamlessly.. the customer services level has been excellent all the way through the process. I would highly recommend Vagaro and the whole design team. They have made this process super smooth and super easy. What I love most is how seamlessly my booking system and my website works smoothly together. Thank you so much guys. Really appreciate everything that you’ve done.

I haven't started using Vagaro for my business yet. However, I am in the onboarding stage and learning how to set it up. Vagaro have been incredibly helpful at releasing me from doing most of my admin work. I love how it collaborates what I would have done on Calendly, mailchimp, stripe, booking class sites and lots more, on one interface. It makes total sense and I already feel a huge weight being lifted off my shoulders. I can't wait to begin properly. The support is amazing too.

After much research I choose vagaro as my booking platform, and whilst my business isn't live yet I know I've made the right decision. The support from Jack in setting the system up was 2nd to none in great service and he still continues to support me now with any queries I have, he is fast at responding and dies everything to ensure my goals are met to get the best out of my business. The advice he has given has been fantastic.
Jack then put me in touch with Estera who created me logos and created mysite and then transferred this into my own domain, I had no idea what I was doing and she happily lead the way and has created me the perfect website. Estera asked me a few questions to gain an idea of what I wanted and she honestly completed this to perfection with minimal changes required. Vagaro has everything you need on one platform and integrates seamlessly with Socials enabling an easy user friendly streamlined overall business to operate. I'm glad I made this decision as it will be easy for me to operate and provide my clients exceptional service. Vagaro has many features other platforms do not giving you more opportunity for sales without paying excessive amounts elsewhere and all at a reasonable price.

We switched over to Vagaro from another system, we have a team of 12, two salons, over 100 services and over 2000 clients, no job was too big for the Vagaro team, they handled everything amazingly, and under a lot of time pressure! The service is fantastic, worth every penny & we are so glad we switched!

Special mention to Miriam, she’s been amazing she’s answered every email and/or call within timely fashion, she’s taken every single thing on herself and dealt with it accordingly, she’s been an amazing help & can’t thank her enough.

Customer service is awful when i asked them to cancel my subscription they refused to do it, after they took the money from my account and refused to refund. The card was cancelled only when i complained but money was already gone

Liam is an excellent representative of Vagaro.
Very informative and has great communication skills.
Her broke down each section in an understandable way, and helped with any of my questions.
I would recommend Liam to anyone who needs assistance getting started with Vagrao.

Liam has been such a great support in helping me build my platform. It’s my first ever time going on my own as a sole trader and definitely helps my experience and confidence when I have support people that know what they’re doing with these platforms! Not only that but if I’m in a pickle at any point of the day, I email him and he gets back to me so quickly which is an absolute godsend so can’t thank him enough!

Vagaro has been an absolute game-changer for my business! Their software is easy to use, and when I do run into issues, their support team is outstanding...and I mean that. They have taken me by the hand, no matter the problem, and ensure everything is resolved smoothly. In fact most times, I have been the problem. I’ve seen some complaints here online and these are little issues that take a second to resolve, so I don't understand their negativity—my experience has been nothing but positive even when I'm a little upset that things have not gone my way. Their dedication to customer service and a solid platform is next to none. I think Vagaro is here to stay for the long haul. In all honesty I'd say: Highly recommended! Melvyn

Terrible service, my site didn't work for months, despite calls and emails and bot chats it couldn't find any local addresses.
I'm in the UK and all postcodes when typed in for bookings told my potential customers they were out of area or finding American addresses!!!
Poor and extremely slow customer service, I lost clients, I couldn't even book them in myself as it wouldn't recognise addresses. Then when successfully booked in their names appeared on the system as their Next of Kin's.
I gained NO clients through this system and it was nothing but stress, all my clients were gained via my own local advertising!
A waste of time and money and poor customer service.

THEY HAVE A NO REFUNDS POLICY SO IF YOUR ACCOUNT DOENT WORK YOU LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND THERE LOTS OF HIDDEN CHARGES ONCE SIGNED UP! NOT SURE HOW THIS IS ALLOWED FROM TRADING STANDERDS - SELLING SOMTHING THAT YOU CAN NOT USE FOR MONTHS!
