I was using another service only to find out I have to pay an exorbitant amount each month to add google tracking to my booking site. I like Vagaro for their ability to advertise my business as well as make everything easy to navigate and control.

I've been a member for only a week now…
I've been a member for only a week now and my clients and I have experienced nothing but stress relief as all of our sessions are easily scheduled by myself or them, tracked & viewed by myself or the client, and so much more. As someone who tracked everything in regard to client sessions, billing, and more within Google Sheets, this has been a life and time saver. For any questions I've had, support has been quick to reply to and do so in a professional manner! So far, the tutorials have been great and have allowed me to feel confident in all areas. Super excited for the continued growth and opportunities while using Vagaro.

WELL WORTH IT!
Was using SnapAppointments for several years. Then when I had an issue, Customer Support Ghosted me and after 3 months of trying to get ahold of them, I decided to try Vagaro. They were more $$ but in the end WELL WORTH IT! Best of all, Customer Support is VERY attentive and responsive. You get what you pay for!

Mistakes were made.
First, to tell on on ourselves...we tried Booksy for a change. TERRIBLE Mistake. Vagaro owns the game, we far more efficient than most booking systems. We can keep track of our clients, search information and book from their devices. We are here to stay!

Vagaro is worth it!
I Own/operate a Day spa with multiple 1099 contractors. The app based software is prefect for all our needs. With the Vagaro community it is easy to advertise and run specials, even my Contractors can do it themselves.

Takes some practice to get exactly what I needed, but Customer Service was quick and easy to work with. Listened, didn't waste my time with marketing (I'm sorry for blah blah) like some companies, simply helped me learn how the software can provide me the exact information I needed.
