Ordered online and when the purchase arrived, it bore no resemblance to my order
Sent two emails and no reply, phoned the company and phone was clicked off so could not speak to anyone.

I am now out of pocket by 30.44 SCAM

your DiabeCheck blood sugar tester. No a cheap and very nasty o2 reader not blood sugar monitor, This British firm, YES RIGHT need closing down I paid £25 plus postage for a piece of crap DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY They do not reply emails and the phone number does not exist

Ordered glucose monitor but received pulse monitor. Sent email to tell them this and they say it is correct. They say the pulse monitor is a glucose monitor. It is unbelievable. They won’t send me what I ordered. I paid about £25 for it. A pulse monitor is a lot cheaper and I already have one. They have conned me.

This company advertised on fb a blood sugar reading monitor which cost me £25 and they had the cheek to ask me to buy multiples at the time with additional costs for each one, they have sent me in return a cheap oxymeter costing about a fiver, which is a load of crap it is obviously a unscrupulous bunch of crooks operating this scam shebang, they are just liars who know what they are doing and are blatantly robbing people they should be banned from fb, but please anyone don't buy anything from this outfit they are just scammers and liars all you will get from them is rubbish i will never buy anything from fb again after this will just stick to ebay and amazon in future if it's not sold by them i won't be buying it

Ordered a Diabetic check and received a Pulse odometer, they do not respond to emails or phone calls. They are a scam company, Ive made sure that their name is out there as scum.

This company are conning diabetics into thinking they can supply a device that checks blood sugar. What gets supplied is a simple pulse oxymeter which is definitely not the same thing. To make matters worse, before it arrived they sent an email offering a discount for further purchases. Good job I couldn’t see the sense in doing that. Con artists.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered painless blood sugar monitor delivered cheap pulsemeter. Failed to reply to numerous emails and unanswered calls then bombard you with emails trying to sell you more items.

Unfortunately Facebook wont accept this is a scam and wont remove their adverts.

Ordered 2 sugar monitors but after arriving a long time later only to be pulse oximeters which i hive already got and for machine cheaper.will be returning and getting my money bank xx

This Company are complete guttersnipes. Do not buy anything from them. They are taking advantage of Diabetics promising something new and unique like the measuring finger method meter without pricking when such an instrument does not exist. I'll pester the life out of them for a refund but am not hopeful. Well done getting me nice as ninepence Valentique......I would love a square go with your CEO - winner takes all!!

Arrived today broken and not a blood sugar tester. Wish I had seen the reviews prior to ordering. Site needs shutting down as they are praying on people who are already ill and are looking for a painless way to check their blood sugar. Scam site stealing money off the vulnerable

I ordered a DiabeCheck monitor only to be sent a Pulseoxemeter. Have been trying to contact the company but without success. The company is quick to send you emails but you cannot respond.

Have fallen for this scam too. Ordered what I thought was a non-invasive diabetic sugar check monitor and what I received is a poor cheap oximeter. No batteries were included so had to put my own ones in and it still does not work. Have emailed their customer service to get a refund but don't hold out much hope of getting a response. Please don't order from this company.

Like some of the other people on the reviews also like me ordered the monitor for checking blood sugar I also received the pulse monitor I am really disappointed I wish I had of read the reviews they will not even reply to message or email definitely not ordering from them again

This is the second time I've ordered a diabetic blood tester and this company have sent me a PULSE FINNGERTIP Oximeter.

This company is a scam. What I ordered was not what I received, and when I complained and asked for a refund, I was told the period for returns and refunds had lapsed and that what I ordered was what I received. I ordered a DiaberCheck, and received a cheap plastic contraption called a Pulse Oximeter!

1 star and that’s only because there is no option for anything less. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this scam company. I ordered 2 blood glucose monitors and received 2 plastic blood oxygen monitors, cheap nasty things. I had ordered for a friend who is partially sighted and can no longer see to do the finger prick or read the result. So my friend is no further forward and every time I see an advert for this monitor it always reverts to Valentique. Social media should be ashamed of themselves for advertising these scam companies. Having read the reviews I see no point in trying to contact the company but it has made me more wary of buying online

This company is a complete scam.Do not buy from them. Advertised as blood glucose monitor but turned out to be a cheap blood oxygen/ pulse meter.
Fortunately paid via PayPal so got a refund.
