Smell not strong enough for large or open plan spaces
The packaging and product itself is nice.
However - i have large rooms/ open plan space and you can't smell it unless you are really close.
In our very small cloakroom - I used 3 of the reeds thinking it would be enough - but it wasn't - I need all 5 for a constant fragrance.

I have nothing but praise for all the purchases I have made from Valentte.
I have purchase many diffusers, candela and some soap. The products have beautiful smells, and I have never had any allergic coughs or sneezes from them, which I do get from other products. It’s so nice to have a beautiful whiff of the scents as you walk through a room. They make beautiful gifts and are such good value , especially as they are natural products. Excellent service and products
Excellent service and products. I bought a bundle for Christmas and the diffusers didn't disappoint, smell amazing, and the product packaging is great, so they look nice in the house. I had a slight issue and I contacted the customer service who were very responsive and have sent me a replacement, which was a great gesture of goodwill. Just fab service and lovely products. I would highly recommend.

I purchased 3 reed diffusers & set I’ve been left disappointed as the reeds were frayed and very little scent from them and did not last ! I ended up using the one that was damaged as wouldn’t give as a gift ! I did e mail and eventually got back to me with send you new reeds ! Don’t bother was my reply ! Superb products backed by excellent customer service
The quality of the products is excellent and are now matched by Valentte's brilliant customer service. I ordered presents and being confident in the products did not open until I was ready to wrap a few days later. I discovered that one of the products was leaking and had also soiled the box. I contacted Valentte and received a reply from Lilli within hours. I provided photos of the issue and without quibble I received a complete replacement within 2 days by express delivery. A fantastic small company deserving of support.

I contacted Valentte as I was disappointed with the lack of smells from my diffuser that I had received. I explained my issue with this and customer service where very helpful and have rectified my issue and sending out a replacement. I cannot fault their service and quickness to resolve any issues.

Not only are the products beautiful but the customer service has been outstanding. I had a response to an email I sent on a Sunday, within a couple of hours and my replacement product arrived on the Monday.

I had an issue over postage fees which was resolved very quickly and courteously by Tash and Lucy. I commend them both as their customer service was excellent.

Don't Bother With The Reed Diffusers
I've tried 2 reed diffusers and there is no scent from them. I've tried 2 candles and these are lovely and have a constant scent. The main thing that has let them down is refunds. I returned an £81 order due to the disappointment in the reed diffusers and I'm still waiting even for an acknowledgment of them having the return (they have it as DPD have confirmed this and sent photographic evidence). I recommend the candles but not the reed diffusers or getting a refund.
