Valentte products are excellent,if I was to give a score out of 10 it would be 11 because the diffusers in my opinion are amazing and in my opinion better than the White Company especially when it comes to price,The Valentte Lemongrass and Rosemary in my opinion are the best but would be on a par with the coconut fragrance but for some reason they only do that occasionally which I don’t understand when it has such a lovely smell to it,I’m slowly purchasing each fragrance as I go along to see if there as good as the ones I’ve put in my top two but only time will tell if the other fragrances are as good,I bought a lot of Valentte products for family and friends coz they are that good,so everyone looking at my review get on to Valentte now as you won’t regret it especially when it comes to price.

Beautiful products , excellent quality, great value too and a very efficient and helpful service provided by the sellers.

Originally a positive experience of shopping, goods arrived quickly, smelt good. Sadly that’s where the good, ended. I was sent an offer of referring a friend for them to get 15% off and me to also get 15% off once my friend had placed a first order, my friend has been trying to use that referral code (to purchase a birthday gift) for a week now, unfortunately the referral link doesn’t work and dealing with with the rather unhelpful customer service team, the unhelpful social media team, which both seem very much AI focused we are no closer to this being sorted, the “we will respond in 2 hours” on the live chat option is very clearly nonsense, it’s not a live chat at all, Expect to wait days for a copy and paste reply. I’ve given them time to put this right but sadly that first impression and customer service is not going to win over new customers, like my friend, or keep existing customers, like me.

After a week, the company emailed to say they would manually process the discount for my friend.. an email later and they withdrew that offer after realising my friend and I were using the same up ip address (because friends don’t ever live together or use the same ip address in Work do they… ). Waste of time.

Will take my business and referrals elsewhere

I love this product the service is very good if you have any problems thire very quick to sort it out.

I am always very pleased with the candles and diffusers.
They are beautifully presented and make great presents.
My friends always love to receive a valentte gift, they all love the lovely fragrances.

My order was delivered quickly but unfortunately one of the bottles had leaked out over the packaging. I contacted customer support and sent photos of the problem and within 2 days I had received a replacement diffuser. Excellent customer service- I would highly recommend.

I was delighted when I received my first valentte order,you could smell the diffusers all through my home,I reordered the set again but the second set smell nowhere near as strong as the previous set,so im afraid it's putting me off ordering in the future which is a shame because I thought I'd eventually found a forever company.

Placed my order and there was an issue with a couple of the scents, after a few issues getting in touch with the customer support team I’m pleased to say they have gone above and beyond to rectify this. I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was brilliant. Now this has been resolved I’ll certainly be a frequent customer, thank you!

Having purchased many products and diffusers from this company I had never had any problems. They are wonderful. In my last purchase I had a problem with one diffuser arriving broken. They sorted this out quickly and a replacement was sent without any fuss.
I was delighted and can do nothing but praise this company and their products.

I was introduced to Valentte by a friend and have become a convert since. I love the fact that their products are natural, the gorgeous fragrances, lovely packaging and faultless service.
I have purchased a number of fragrances all of which I adore, apart from one, which wasn’t to my personal taste. I asked if it would be possible to exchange it, which was no trouble at all and there was no p&p charged. The service from Valentte is very prompt, friendly and helpful.
I have noticed some comments about the fragrance not filling a room, which surprises me. I use a diffuser and a candle in my lounge, which is sizeable. I can honestly say that the fragrance fills the entire room.
I turn the reeds over in the diffuser every couple of days and it does the trick.
Valentte, for me, is an exceptional small company, with real integrity, with great products and who genuinely value their customers. It is extremely rare that I am able to say that. Well done and thank you to everyone at Valentte⭐️

My original review was just going to be for how great these diffusers are, how beautifully packaged they come and what lovely gifts they make (both to give and receive) but what has really tipped it was the customer service I recently received.

The website states if you’re not 100% happy, to contact them and they will put it right, but I’ve seen that promise on lots of online stores before and then you have to jump through hoops to get it.

With taking a chance on a new diffuser scent that I didn’t like, I decided I’d send customer support an email to see if I could exchange it - assuming there would be a lengthy process, as well as 5-10 day wait for a reply.

Kia came back to me with in 10 minutes, with a lovely message and the offer of any other diffuser scent choice, no need to return the other one either!

What a lovely, easy customer service experience. I was already happy to continue shopping with them, as the diffusers are long lasting when the proper instructions are followed, and scents are beautiful and different. But to also know that you are truly valued as a customer is what makes this company stand out.

I will gift the other diffuser to share this wonderful brand with someone else.

I have been using Valentte products for a number of years, having received some as a gift. I have bought their products as gifts, as well as for my own use. Today I received my latest order. I noticed the refill defusers I had ordered didn't have any reeds included. So I contacted Valentte to ask if they should have been included. I had a response within 40 minutes, with an apology, for the ommission. There should have been reeds included and they are sending me some in the post. You know how good a company is, by how they deal with your enquiries (this definately wasn't a complaint) and Valentte are excellent. Well done. I look forward to being a customer for many more years.

I have the Lemongrass & Rosemary candle, diffuser, and room spray. This is the most beautiful fragrance ever. Everybody who as been to my house over Xmas and New Year have all commented on how lovely the smell is. I love it sooo much, I've ordered another set. My sister and her friend have also ordered the same.
I can't wait to try some of the other fragrance.
These are totally the best on the market, far outbeating ALL other brands....love it! :)

A super company have had many products from them. delivery always fast and great communication. I only order the Lemon grass and Rosemary as another fragrance we had once was too weak and couldn't smell it. The lemon grass diffuser is the best. it's strong smelling last for ages. the candel and hand washes are also great.

Enjoyed a diffuser in a friend’s home and remembered the name so was able to order online. I wasn’t disappointed as items arrived well packaged at a good price and very quickly. Perfect for presents (and to keep!). Will definitely order again.

I’ve been buying from Valentte for a few years and their diffusers and candles were the best on the market. I received an order in August and things have gone downhill.
The gift packaging is thinner and not very sturdy. It used to be beautiful.
The packaging and products aren’t labelled now. The products used to have the fragrance name printed on the glass jars. Now they aren’t, it just says ‘Valentte’, so I had to open and smell each item and try and guess what it was! That’s not good as people don’t know what fragrances they have, especially for reordering their favourites. What a silly move on Valentte’s part if they want repeat orders!
Reed diffuser Tropical Coconut Paradise (paid £13.99) smells nice close up but doesn’t release any fragrance at all, even in a small room. I’ve never had an issue with their diffusers before.
The free gifts were a good incentive but I’ll be less inclined to order from Valentte in the future. It’s just not as good as it used to be.
