Late delivery and poor communication
Texted me on delivery day to say it would be a day late. Didn't hear anything further but delivery was in fact TWO days late. Wouldn't have cared so much if I hadn't taken time off work to mulch my dad's garden.
Good quality compost though.

No correspondence on delivery - lost order - poor quality
No correspondence on delivery. Had to call, was told they couldn’t find my order and would ring back. I had to ring them again after a hour
Was told it was out for delivery that day, only to receive a call back 2 mins later to say it wouldn’t be delivered til the following week.
When the lawn top soil came it contained pebbles, bits of plastic tubing, no good for a base for a lawn
Overall very poor
