It was my first time to do something for myself and my teeth were in a bad condition so a friend recommended Valuedent Dental Clinic and so I did .Dr Thomas was so reassuring and made me feel at ease, after a few chats and more reassurance I booked my flight and went .The professional service from when I landed was nothing more than excellent as was all the staff in the clinic and the hotel 100% . I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Valuedent Clinic, from start to finish. The whole team were absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.

They were always in touch with me, kept me updated, and answered every single question I had regarding my 6-on-6 zirconia teeth. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of care, professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional.

I am now so happy with my new smile! I have the most amazing, natural-looking white teeth, and the results have exceeded my expectations. 😁

I travelled from the UK to this clinic trusting their promises of professional treatment, high standards of care and a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

Since my treatment, I have suffered ongoing daily pain, bleeding, food trapping, difficulty eating and continuing problems that have had a serious impact on my health and quality of life. I have also incurred additional costs seeking further dental assessments because of the problems with the work carried out.

I tried to resolve these issues directly with the clinic, but despite repeated contact, my concerns have not been properly addressed. I feel my complaints have not been taken seriously, leaving me with no option but to pursue formal complaints with the relevant authorities.

I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision before choosing this clinic. This review reflects my personal experience, and I hope the clinic will take responsibility for the problems I continue to face.

Very professional and caring

I would recommend it 2 everybody! Value dent made something happen which dentest in the Netherlands couldn't realize without me paying huge sums of money. I contacted them in December 2025 & in May 2026 I had my smile back. They take care of your stay, transportation everything is top notch! Now women give me more attention than I even wanted haha naah just kidding...
But yeah, if you are thinking of renovating your smile.. And you are lost in all the offers from all those clinics.. I for one can asure you you won't be sorry if you contact the people of Value Dent..

I had a very good experience. I came for upper frontal tooth. It was an emerge y for my case. I felt listen, they gave me information in a very professional way. And made best decision for my problem. Doctor very experienced, I felt very comfortable, I had some fear but there was nothing to fear about, no pain. I felt reassured and felt best support. The manager director also gives me the best attention all the time , answered me at all my questions with a lot of patience. The result was incredible, he helped me choose the right colour of my teeth and results was very natural. I am writing this few weeks after my visit to Istanbul, and everything is fine. I like my new smile! And I smile a lot now! I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you to you all.

I really wanted to get my smile back and I decided to look for a clinic in Istanbul. After many attempts James from Valuedent Clinic called me and we arranged an appointment for me,he gave me a lot of confidence so I chose this clinic! I had a very good experience at Valuedent. On the first visit to the clinic I met Mahomed who takes care of patients and he was very friendly and helped me make the best decision for my treatment after the x-ray. The staff was professional, caring and very friendly. The doctors explained every step of the treatment clearly. The clinic is modern,clean and well organised .I m happy with the results and I highly recommend Valuedent Clinic for anyone looking for high quality dental services in Istanbul.

Not only on the spot but especially with my contact person Hannah who was guiding the entire process just perfectly. I would highly recommend to anybody that want to go for the extra smile just to reach out and do it.

Hi had a good experience with the clinic. Hannah (Emma) talked me through the process of my journey for my new teeth. She sorted my hotel stay and transfer from the airport to the clinic. . Just waiting for my gums to heal then returning to have my new teeth fitted.

After 1 year...
The teeth are ok and no problems so far I guess. The only problem was that I wanted them bigger in the front but yeah, they said it was the best for me, I hope it's true.

The shape is good and no pain.

"I underwent a large dental operation at Value Dent and was astonished by both the quality and affordability of the experience. In Europe, a procedure of this scale would have been financially out of reach—costing approximately 400% more than what I paid here compared to Romania and about 500% more than in Italy. Despite the substantial savings, I found no compromise on quality; the materials, equipment, and the level of professionalism were all top-notch. In Europe, I likely would never have been able to pursue such extensive treatment due to the prohibitive costs, yet here I could proceed comfortably.

Dr. Mehmet, the first doctor I met, took care of the extractions. He was incredibly kind, patient, and highly skilled, qualities that made the experience much easier for me as a sensitive and fearful patient. The implant specialist, his colleague, was equally impressive, clearly confident and proficient in his work. The third doctor, who managed the canals and nerves of my teeth, was perhaps less outwardly empathetic but demonstrated great competence. The assistants were also outstanding, attentive, and professional throughout my visits.

I want to acknowledge the public relations representative as well, who was friendly and professional, making the experience smoother. Special thanks go to James, who has been a steady point of contact since January. His helpfulness, attentiveness, and professionalism made this entire process feel supported from start to finish.

Although it’s still early for a complete evaluation, I am extremely pleased with how I feel and with the results so far. Thank you to everyone involved—each individual’s dedication and expertise have made this experience far better than I could have hoped for"
