When i did my research into this clinic, I started chatting to sam, sam was very helpful in getting the information that I required, very easily.
Myself, im not that confident in speaking to anyone really, let alone over the phone, but I was put at ease.
When I arrived in Istanbul, I wasn't left waiting around waiting for my taxi, they were on point and very luxurious should i say! From the airport to the hotel and between appointments at the clinic, always on time very comfortable.
When I arrived at the clinic I felt like all my anxiety about this journey was gone, by the great members of staff that were there to help me.
The work I had done was alot! And it was my first time ever receiving any form of dental work. Amazingly was pain free! From the injections to the removals to the root cannel and so on.. i was completely comfortable through out!
I'm giving these guys a 5 star rating and would recommend to anyone going forward with their journey!

This is my second time posting a review on Trustpilot. Previously, I shared a negative experience, but my review was removed. I am reposting to share my honest and personal experience.

My experience with this company was not satisfactory. The service and treatment did not meet the expectations set during the initial consultation, and I felt that there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing.

I respect that other customers may have had positive experiences. However, since my experience and the experience of some others I know was different, I kindly request that all reviews (both positive and negative) be carefully verified to ensure fairness and transparency for everyone.

This review is based entirely on my personal experience.

Very professional and nice treatment. All through my sessions, I had no complaints. I received a very good service from the day I landed in Turkey till I returned back to the Uk. I genuinely recommend Value dent

When i fist contacting them I was asked to send all photos of upper and lower teeth
He advised I need 24 crowns 12 bottom and 12 upper
I queried with as some of my teeth at the back were cracked
He assured me this was all i needed at a cost of 2700 pounds
Before I arrived they sent me an itinerary I i would be dentist 4 day 2 days rest in between
On arrival first went in for an xray and then consultation
I was told they couldn't do crowns as my teeth were already loose and crowns would make them worse
Said my sinus bones had dropped and they would need to operate input fake bone and I could have my plasma injected to help with the healing
They would open up my gums and put 6 implant in top sectioning 5 in lower section i would be switched up and sent home with temporary teeth and would to return 3 to 6 months
Now at a total cost of nearly 8000 pounds
I explained I did not want the done and that I came for crowns
Then he started knocking money off which felt like pressure into getting it done
Told them no so.then we had to pay for hotel and taxis
They were suppose to send taxi which we had paid for to get to airport on departure date
Taxi never turned up nor would they answer my calls
If anyone was thinking of getting turkey teeth I would avoid value dent in istanbul

The doctors are highly skilled and truly take pride in their work. They explained every step clearly and made sure I was happy with the results. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology.I was also impressed by how well they handled everything for international patients from transportation to scheduling, it was seamless.

All their technology and doctors are the best you could ask for which results in the best possible end product and didn't feel any pain throughout the process thanks to their professionalism, would definitely recommend to anybody looking to get their teeth fixed or any other procedure they might want as they offer the highest quality service.

Everything was perfect.From mr. jad who was my medical consultants to the doctors who whare amazing kind and did everything with no pains at all.
My experience was amazing hare and i'll come back hare every time with a big smile on my face and to a beautiful family.

Key points: No pain! No unnecessary work! Certified medical facility by the Turkish ministry of Health! Not just a "beauty teeth farm". While I was there I could see local residents come for treatment there as well. Tailor-made dental solution for each patient! Exceptional hospitality!
Go to their media and see the really severe cases and their restauration. When I saw those pictures I said to my self hmm if they can do this I think I found the right place. And the hotel was great too, the room was like a little apartment with a living room and a separate large bedroom with two TVs. I didn't go to the restaurant but ordered food upstairs with room service. I'll recommend the Mevsin Salata and spaghetti Bolognese 😋. You can see the Mall of Istanbul from your window and go there with a taxi for 4-6 €. It's massive! I went their to buy some toiletries and ended up buying a whole outfit. Don't go there with your wife!🤪 In conclusion, to be honest I was very nervous at the beginning but the people at Valuedent especially Rania and Mr. Mohammed made my fears go away by their expertise and very personal care and attention. Everything went exactly as they explained to me it will go beforehand. In my 6 days in Istanbul I had only 3 appointments at the clinic, the first appointment where they prepare your teeth is the longest about 3 hours, the rest are about 25-30min each. In my particular case I had 2 extractions and 3 implants done by Dr. Gazi on my second appointment that I didn't even realise when he was finished. In my mind I was thinking we are now at the second tooth and he tapped me and said "we are done ". So it was that kind of experience. Very easy actually. Because I booked an extra two days at the hotel at the last day I call them and asked for a final check before I go and even though my treatment was already finished and they have scheduled appointments they said of course and send me a driver. I basically wasted their time for nothing but they didn't even rolled their eyes. I've never experienced this level of patience and care for a patient. I don't know if that was Turkish hospitality or sheer professionalism or probably both but it was a pretty remarkable experience for me. I still can't believe I did it. Two weeks ago I was the one reading reviews online and now I'm the one writing a review already back home in Düsseldorf with my new teeth 😎. This whole thing is pretty amazing given the fact that I've struggled with my teeth for a long time and now basically in the blink of an eye the problem is gone.
So thank you Valuedent I guess!... I can only recommend them!

Highly unprofessional dental clinic! Avoid!
I expressed interest last year in dental treatments and they kept chasing me from 4 different phone numbers a year later, despite me rejecting the offer already the first time. Any company exerting such high pressure sales tactics and repeated messaging can only speak for a business starving for clients - which isn't a good sign. If you're a great dentist with a great reputation you would have to chase clients like this. They would come to you naturally.
In addition, from 4 different people chasing the last one was rather unprofessional and arrogant (phone number ending in 2922). In response to my message he just responded "I don't have time to read all of this" and proceeded to send me a chatGPT written advert for a kebab shop.
I wasn't going to leave a review for this clinic until I received this dismissive response. It makes me believe that this clinic is overall unprofessional and should you not agree with them or have any concern or problem with the treatment, they "won't have time for that" and dismiss and ignore any issues you may have. Emotional men...

To be honest I found this clinic so professional , the staff are excellent in there job and they knew what they do, very friendly , the moment you step in the door, you welcome with a smile , because they knew how to create a smile ♥️ thank you

I will only provide a review for the work they have done, I don`t provide a review for unfinished work in this feedback.

Before leaving this review I asked the clinic whether they want to put everything right and provide a refund and was refused.

I have agreed for them to do 2 implants with 2 crowns, 2 extractions, 2 white fillings and Philips Zoom teeth whitening.
I arrived in the middle of June 2024 where they have taken a scan and further advised that I need 2-3 more white fillings to the gaps between the teeth. I replied that I am not willing to do them I will advise with my dentist based in the UK and was told, I believe by the owner of the clinic (Dr.) that if so, why would I do anything at all with them. I clearly understood that they are trying to make me to agree for extra costs and did not want to leave since paid for the flight and the hotel already. I started to trade with them by clearly understanding that the gaps between the teeth must remain clear as we use the floss to clean it. We have agreed for 2 additional white fillings between the teeth for 50 Euro (where the initial agreement was for 100 Euro for 2 white fillings).

Before doing the Philips zoom whitening, the dentist who also did my white fillings told me that at least 3 sessions by 20 minutes each is required. They did 2 sessions and told me, that my teeth look fine already, therefore, we have completed the work. I reminded that I was told that 3 sessions by 20 mins each are required but was now told its not necessary, we use great stuff. The promise given was that it will last from 6-12 months and on their web site it says that 3 sessions of 20 mins each are required (4 x 15 minute sessions mentioned on the UK web site). In a few months it started to fade away and in 4 months almost gone (however I look after my teeth well).

After that the 2 teeth had been extracted and I was told that the implants can`t be installed and I will need to come back in 3 months. Why they did not tell me in advance that I may have to come back in 3 months after the extraction? I would have done this in the UK then and saved travel and hotel costs.

In 1 week I noticed that the white filling to front tooth has come out and the fillings in-between the teeth have also come out (the ones I was asked to do at an extra cost which I knew were not even required). I have contacted the clinic (text messages are saved) and informed them about it and was promised that it will be re-done, however, was told that there is no guarantee on this work. I noted that I have done similar white fillings to a large number of front teeth in the UK (some 6-9 teeth, minor decay to front) and they already lasted for 3 years and still no sign of them coming out.

When I come back to them in 3 months for the 2 implants, they were installed (can`t comment on this work as the crowns are still to be fitted on them). I was now told by a new dentist in their clinic that he can`t do any white fillings in-between the teeth as this is not required and will only harm me as the food will be collecting there and teeth will start to decay. He noted that he won`t be doing the front white filling too as he recommends me to replace the tooth with the crown or implant and the crown on it. I mentioned I will ask for a refund for white fillings then.
I asked for a refund via WhatsApp the same person I have been dealing with throughout the time and was told that there can`t be a refund as it cost the clinic the same amount of money and they had no profit from that.
Whether there was or was no profit for the clinic is not relevant, the business must put right everything at own cost. I have asked for 100 Euro refund for the front white filling and the fillings they did in-between the teeth which have come out in a week.

I have come back to the UK and did the front white filling with NHS discount at no cost to me and its been more than a week already and I see no signs of it coming out. My UK dentist told me that he has used the better material for this front tooth. As on 30/1/2025 the white filling done by my UK dentist is fine.

The above feedback is very genuine and I keep proof to all above mentioned by saved messages.

As on 30/1/2025, after 3 months of waiting's, they have attempted to send me 100 Euro onto my account and asked to remove the bad feedback, however, the money were not received by me and in a week they tell me that the money have returned back to them! Then they sent 100 Euro through Western Union and asked me to attend the branch. I had to go to Western Union branch and was offered to collect £74 which is £10 less than a standard exchange rate, so they have own exchange rate. Even in a refund they did not do it right.

I replied to them that if they compensate me for the first trip to Istanbul, 200 euro (flight cost) and 100 euro hotel stay (less what I have paid + had more expenses), then I will remove the feedback or provide a positive one.

Value dent - the staff are very professional and well coordinated. Their swift response is a top notch with state of the earth equipment. The environment is also fascinating, they are really very good in what they are doing and quite affordable. I strongly recommend value dent clinic. You will surely get value for your money.
