Back in May 2024, I purchased the U-Shaped bed system from Van Furniture which fitted my long-wheelbase Ford Transit Custom, and it's been a fantastic choice, both in terms of quality and design.

Opting for the self-assembly flat pack version, there was some minor sanding along the edges to achieve a perfect finish (highlighted in the manual), and the comprehensive instructions provided gave clear guidance on this and other steps.

Over the past year, I've made several small modifications to enhance the van's functionality, adapting it to my specific needs. Throughout this process, Van Furniture's customer support has been exceptional, offering fast and assistance whenever needed.

Overall, the quality of the furniture is excellent, and it's really up to you how you construct and finish it. What I really like is that you can go back to them and they're just exceptionally helpful.

Dropped in on Monday on the off chance there was stock kitchens ready to go, really helpful team helped me load my interior straight into my van. Excellent

Great guys at Van Furniture, I have had my sliding bed and cabinet for 1 year now, great after sales service and speedy delivery.

Thanks to Theo at Van Furniture, very helpful when ordering our kitchen, I was reluctant to assemble the kit myself so decided to use the assembly service, everything was delivered to me via pallet service.

After searching high and low I finally settled with vanfurniture for my bespoke van build. Being a larger van and wanting something to suit my needs I made contact with Adrian at Vanfurniture. After sending over my plan and measurements everything was agreed and made up. I was surprised on the speedy turnaround and being under 2 hours from me I decided to collect. All carefully loaded by the team and I even had a cuppa whilst checking out some of the other factory builds. All now fully fitted and exactly as requested. Will be using again on the next build.

We have worked with this company on a few occasions and the experience has been great.

Having disappointingly received marked and wrong products, the company worked with me to resolve the issues I had. Re-cutting and re-delivery, and I’m finally satisfied.

I do not recommend buying unfinished furniture. I bought a raw U set , on the website they write about good quality plywood. My plywood is delaminated looks like trash. This is not what I expected from you guys. I am disappointed I wasted a lot of money

Was really looking forward to receiving delivery of our items. Unfortunately the quality was really really poor. I had numerous sheets with ply flaking off, poor finish to all of the edges (meaning every sheet will need to be sanded down properly before it can actually be used as intended), some items have not held together properly and will not last long from the looks of it. Following my purchase and email the team added copy to the site that sheets need to be finished at home (not added before lots of reviews & complaints came through from the looks of it) which isn't helpful when you order a product for a particular time / date and use for going away with family. As other customers have said although the team have offered to send replacement panels that's of no use when most people have already put the items together. No offer of compensation despite product being vastly sub standard for price paid. Unfortunately just a poor experience which is a shame

I purchased a SWB Slimline 120 Kitchen in Satin White for my VW T6. The quality was excellent, the delivery service was exceptional and the after sales service was second to none.

I had a couple of questions during the installation and these where dealt with very professionally.

I needed to order a replacement and the aftercare service was above and beyond what was required.

I truly recommend their product and service to anyone.

Brought a sliding bed looks aand quality is great, I had a few questions and they replied quickly with the answer needed, very helpful. Would highly recommend and will defo be returning when I do an up grade on my van. With the high demand for this sout of thing at the moment they delivered on time and kept to the time slot.

Sorry but to date my experience has not been positive. Although my emails were answered courteously and promptly, no-one called me as requested. My order was two weeks late. When delivered, there was no prior notification of delivery and subsequently I was not there to check the items. When I arrived home to check my order it was dumped 150 metres from my home on a road junction!!! All items were enclosed however items where at best sub standard. Poorly fitting joints and the ply fell apart in places when I started to screw into it! Poorly manufactured components from China. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. TRASH!!! not worth the 3K I spent. You pay up front and take your chances. Who is going to dismantle and return after the hassle of getting it in the first place? I've had to reenforce with extra wood and glue to stop the thing falling apart.

I ordered a VW T5 Combi sliding bed made of plywood , I was informed on 4 different days that my order would be delivered by the carrier APC it finally arrived on the forth day after me waiting in or phone to see if was coming , when I opened it i found it was in 32 pieces and it took me 4 hrs to put it together , I was disappointed with quality of the plywood the edges were rough and in some places the face was not great , I went on and fitted it as I need it for Whitland Bank Holiday and it only arrive just over a week before so could not send it back , if I had known the quality of the plywood I would not have bought it , it doesn't slide very well either but I will have to put up with it now

Fabulous company and product, I ordered the Ushape furniture kit for my transporter and it’s beautiful 😍 My van Penny looks like the little home on wheels I always wanted.
I did have a few issues when I got the furniture fitted, the company I chose managed to damage a few pieces but Viki and Adrian at Vanfurniture were amazing, they recut and replaced them for free…I can’t recommend them and their customer service enough! One very happy customer

Sadly I cannot leave a positive review and recommend VanFurniture. I ordered a SWB kitchen with a square back. It was advertised that it would fit a Vivaro with some scribing upon installation.

It was delivered within the promised few weeks and well packaged. A small item was missing, which was sent out promptly.

Although straightforward to assemble, fitting it was proving difficult. I contacted the Company only to be told that they can’t give me any advice and I should contact one of their conversion companies. I did so and booked in with one of their registered fitters. Although an expert, he had great trouble installing this unit. The whole unit needed shortening by 45mm; it is just not designed to fit. He almost couldn’t fit a sink at all. He had to modify it so the sink would fit. Hats off to him, he did an amazing job and certainly under charged me for his time given the complexity.

The whole process cost me an extra £400 +8 hours of driving and fuel. Would I recommend this to anyone else? Sadly not. It would have been easier and FAR cheaper to have some custom units built by a fitter.

Very disappointed. The u shape furniture package I ordered was delivered with no packaging. It was handed to me piece by piece (over 50 pieces) at the roadside. The cushions were filthy dirty and ripped. The pieces were absolutely covered in dust a debris. Some pieces were either damaged or very poor quality. Nothing was numbered as stated on their website for easy assembly. After complaining to Van Furniture they refused a return saying it is bespoke furniture. Their website even states they no longer sell bespoke furniture and that they now concentrate on their own flat pack designs. Very poor after sales and very poor quality furniture. Citizens advice have been great and have now reported them to trading standards.

Got off to a shaky start.. as the courier delivered my pallet it was obvious something was wrong as the black shrink wrap was damaged and there was a piece of broken wood sticking out of the side .. worried about what lay beneath the rest of the shrink wrap I rejected the parcel for fear of ending up with a pile of scrap wood ..in hindsight this was the wrong thing to do it cost me another week of wait time and lots of inconvenience.. none of this was the fault of Vanfurniture .. the package was wrapped carefully with a lot of consideration but was obviously mistreated by the courier .. .. I had a bit of backward and forward with vanfurniture while we sorted everything out and to be fair they were absolutely brilliant .. mostly dealt with theo and another lady who I can’t remember her name but needless to say they resolved it quickly .. I purchased the t5 u shaped bed bundle and the quality and workmanship and engineering gone in to this product is outstanding it is by far the best on the market it’s absolutely stunning in the van .. I did a lot of research before I bought this and nothing comes close .. it’s a little more expensive than the rest but as they say you get what you pay for .. I was out in it at the weekend and people were queuing up to take a look everyone commented how good the build quality and finish was if your in the market for something similar than this is the one to get ..

I'm on my 2nd bespoke T6 furniture package. Having originally owned kombi Pods which I absolutely loved I wanted to go all out and fit a slimline kitchen to accompany my rib130 and pop top. I subsequently sold my kombi pods, these had retained their value as they had held up great under the pounding I gave them for the last two years.

OMG this slimline kitchen is without doubt the most amazing, well built and thought out solution to a 130 bed I've ever seen. I'm absolutely blown away by how good it looks!

I highly recommend Adrian and his team, the customer service I receive is above and beyond my expectation every time.
