I was having difficulty navigating the website when making a payment on a new product, the chatbox wasn't helping so I phoned the helpline. I made 2 calls, the first call went through staight away, the second call took a few minutes before an adviser was available. Both of the people I spoke to were very helpful and took me step by step to sort out the issue. I don't remember the name of the first lady I spoke to but the second was Aneesa.

I have invested with Vanguard over a number of years with an ISA and a personal pension. I recently wished to make a withdrawal from my pension which involves two telephone consultations and where to get advice before deciding to make the withdrawal. I just spoke to a lovely woman called Nicola who made my experience extremely easy.

Whenever I've sent a query to Vanguard I have always had a quick and detailed response which is easy to understand for someone who is no expert in investing or tax.

My most recent conversation was with Ryan who was excellent in explaining how investing in my SIPP impacts my income tax.

I unfortunately had to close my Vanguard account because I moved overseas (outside the UK). Cimea assisted me throughout the entire process of moving my funds (which was a bit more complex than expected) and closing the account. She really ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible.

The response time was also very quick.
