I called very stressed about something I did wrong in my stocks and shares I was put through to Ahmed he helped me very quickly was respectful through the full phone call and even helped me with a few more things I did wrong within the account a great guy and investing with vanguard is without a doubt the best thing I have ever spent my money with 🤞🏿.

Requested a telephone call to discuss starting to withdraw part of my Vanguard pension and exactly on time received a call from Oliver who, for nearly fourty minutes, asked me various questions and took me through the process of starting to withdraw my pension. The questions were staight forward, clear and concise and he was very patient whilst I navigated my way through the Vanguard website to complete the online forms required to set up my pension withdraw. Very happy with the service offered by Oliver as pensions can be complicated, but he took me through the process at my pace and answered all my financial questions regarding access to my pension. Very happy to recommend this service from Vanguard.

I contacted Vanguard with quite a few detailed questions about the differences between the self-managed ISA and the Managed ISA, particularly around the recent fee changes and how they would affect both my account and those of my family.
'Teigan' was consistently patient, professional and incredibly clear in her replies. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explained the fee structure in plain English and removed a lot of confusion that I simply couldn't resolve from the website alone.
At no point did I feel rushed or like I was receiving a standard copy-and-paste response. Every reply addressed my specific questions and gave me the confidence to make an informed decision about my investments.

I tried later with my app same problem and I called again. This time i was lucky. I got Ethel who was more than brilliant and loved my problem patiently and efficiently. She deserves a promotion and a pay rise

Have used the online chat 3 times and every time I have been very impressed with the speed, efficiency and resolution to my query. I am new to investing and probably asking very simple questions but both Zed and Dorcas have been very polite and professional. Even though I can be quite old school with tech, Vanguard have consistently navigated the void between person & computer.
Today, Orcas via the chat bot answered reasonable questions efficiently, quickly & with the customer in mind added the next bit before I asked.
On top of this my Vanguard investments have been amongst my better choices!

Awesome customer service on the live chat from the handler (James M). New to this and had a few concerns but was given all the help I needed 'step by step' good service.

Only draw back slightly was the website itself switching between 'old and new' layout meaning I lost the live chat and had to re-open. Anyway. Good service.
