Really happy with my experience booking with van hire genie. Due to my lack of organisation I had left things really late looking to book a minibus. Big thanks to Nadeem who was really helpful and sorted me a fantastic deal at such short notice!

We phoned this company in desperation on the day of intended travel abroad with an elderly relative to attend his son's wedding. Unfortunately we had been let down by another van rental company (which actually turned out just to be a broker rather than having it's own fleet). Emran of Van Genie was very sympathetic to us and was able to offer us an appropriate vehicle by upgrading another customer. The 9 seater vehicle was brand new and ran very well. Pick-up and drop-off was smooth and professional. We couldn't recommend this company more.

Fantastic service with all the flexibility you wouldn't usually find with an online rental company. Asim made the process seamless and threw in a few extras for nothing without us having to ask. Very generous! We Will definitely recommend them and use them in future.

Great service. Went to a footy tournament in Burton and got a 17 seat minibus from van hir genie and they arrived on time and great service by Asim and Naz (Nanu Miah)... will be using these guys again for next tournament.

Company was very good at helping my need for my European holiday, it was cheaper then the market, staff were very good. The Van I got was a brand new but passenger side was all damaged so that was little disappointing.

We had quite a complicated request of 10 separate minibus journeys for groups of competition winners, which were all over the country and included some a ferry crossings! Van Hire Genie managed these clearly and efficiently with no hitches. I felt confident in VHG and their costs were very reasonable.
