Our weeks hiking trip in Cornwall included 9 friends arriving from Munich. Train prices and schedules were impractical and after checking out several companies I visited Van Hire Genie World Rent A Car discussed and viewed the type of van needed and agreed a price and paid up front two months in advance. The email confirmation with all the information was perfect and collected the van as agreed. The van was clean and met all our expectations.
I would highly recommend this company for both its reservations and face to face experience and will rent again in future hiking trips.

From the start to finish, i do not have any fault with the level of service i received from Van Hire Genie. The first person i contacted was very professional, I was at ease to deal with him. I was a bit down when i heard that he was going to the hospital that very weekend, I wanted him ( Emran Hussain) to finish all my booking. But he had to go to the hospital, and he did pass me to another sales person, (Asim), this one was very good too,. And that didn't finish there, i had the 9 Seaters delivered to my home address, the driver (Naz) was excellent. Very polite, took his time to explain to you everything . Collection service was very excellent too, and i had the privilege the have the same driver for collection. I believe that all of then a the same.
Overall, I received a good service from Van Hire genie, the value for money was excellent. The quality of the Car was just very good. Myself and all my family did enjoy that weekend from the start to finish, all that because we had a good car that took us where we supposed to go and bring us back very safe.
Sorry that i didn't have time to take the Vehicle to the car wash before collection, as i supposed to start work first thing in the morning. Next time i will make sure that, the vehicle is clean before collection.

Great service van was ontime and delivered by naz who was very helpful and polite...

It was a great mini bus and it was as a good price. The service was second to none particularly from Naz who dropped off and collected then van.

Complete rip off, they give the lowest quote take your money and then two days before they inform they can complete your order. But their sister company can full fill the order at an extra £500 cost.

I was managing a charity ride to Northern France and needed five suitable vehicles as well as the ability to take them across to Europe, Van Hire Genie couldn't have been more helpful. They delivered exactly what they said they would, on time and in good condition. They also collected the vehicles, again on time and without any issues. To be honest, I was hesitant as I hadn't heard of them before but I will certainly be using them again. I highly recommend them They were excellent

We hired a 15 seater for the weekend. It got us to and back from the Lake District, so was reliable. The side door didn't lock, so we couldn't leave it unattended during our journey breaks. Drop off of vehicle was an hour late, and pick-up 2 hours late. While waiting for the pick-up, the office avoided answering my calls and I only got through by phoning from another number. Unconvincing excuses proferred (telephone system down, driver left 2 hours ago etc etc - but I confirmed that these were not true). The vehicle belonged to world-rent-a-car.

Great value compared to other rental companies. Swift collection and drop-off procedures, and a tidy new van. They will be my first port of call for van rentals in London from now on.

Total Fraudster....I hired a van....When returned...They deducted a lot of money from the deposit. I checked the bank statement...it showed deduction.. they said... it is because of extra mileage... they did not explain in the beginning. Total shambles...I do not recommend.

Great local company that will arrange immediate rentals for you, with maximum customer service and minimal fuss.

Last weekend I rented a 9 seater was left down by another company found car and van hire genie, very good rates and was a very smooth hire will rent again.

I Booked 9 Seat Minibus to be collected from Luton Airport but they booked from Wembley and didn't change.

I asked if it was unlimited mileage and the answer was yes. But on return after 4 days they said daily allowance is only 100 miles for a 9 Seater minibus and charged me 20p for every extra mile.

I complained but there is no one to talk to. The worst customer service ever seen.
