Your service is great
Your service is great, delivery on time however the product is too expensive as u can only design one side of the gift. It will be wonderful if customers are able to customise both side of the gift bag. Overall great service no issues

I just would like to say a big thank you for excellent customer care and service I received.
I ordered some gift bags & a card for my grandsons birthday last minute.
I realised after due to the bank holiday I would not receive my order until after my grandsons birthday.
I sent an email to see if there was anyway they could get my order to me sooner. I received a quick response from Jonathan assuring me he would make sure I received my order on time with no further charge. He kept me updated on my order & went out of his way to be accommodating to my request.
The order came on time, the quality of the bags & card were excellent. I will definitely be recommending Vanilla Reindeer to others & I will be ordering from the company again.
