Places two orders arrived on time two personalised bottle boxes. Packaging all fine. Opened first was fab opened 2nd nasty crease down side and a cross photo.. Rang no.. Voice mail emailed no response. So not happy. Why pack something you can see is damaged....

PLEASE AVOID!!!!!!!! SCAM
I placed an order, they were quick enough to take my money but the product never arrived!!! I contacted them via email to no avail. Endeavoured to contact them by Instagram and their other social media’s and despite continuing to advertise on them still ignored me. The contact details to their ‘press office’ also had no clue why I was emailing them so I’m unsure as to why those details are on the site!!! PLEASE AVOID!!!! Lesson learnt!

Got the bag for my partner’s v-day gift…
Got the bag to put my partner’s v-day gift in and he really loved it. The smile on his face was priceless😁 The quality was amazing and the price great. The only issue I had was the picture I upload was not on the product. I think uploading picture to be included on the product should be simplified especially if you’re not a computer wizard. 🙂
