Great service from VanPimps. I ordered 4 windows for my VW Crafter van conversion. 3 in stock,1 on back order. They notified me as soon as new stock was available. 1 window was damaged during delivery by the courier, VanPimps were straight on the case & sent out a replacement. So overall first class service. Thank you.

Initially very impressed with the quality of the pair of sliding windows we purchased for our van, after some heavy rain we realised one of the windows was leaking through where the window slides, phoned them up send photos and videos of the water getting into the inside and leaving the sliding rail wet through, to be told this was normal and to face the van window away from the direction of rainfall! and fobbed off, absolutely ridiculous this is clearly not normal as the other window is completely dry with no leaks

The website states and I quote ‘don’t worry about leaks either as all our windows are professionally weatherproofed’
But then saying it is normal for the inside of the van where the track is to be wet?? Not weatherproof then is it
No offer of any help in rectifying the window as we asked if there was anything we could do to tighten the seal where the window slides as that’s clearly where the issue lies
So unless you are happy with possibly having a window that allows water on the inside of your vehicle I would stay well away from this company as I wish I would have done.

I would surely like to hear the telephone recording then as that is what was said, she said the other window may not leak due to slight differences during production or something along those lines and yes we where advised to face the leaking window away from direct rainfall.
My point is The windows advert is misleading something should be on there to state that water may get into the inside on the tracks the advert makes it sound like no water will be able to get in the vehicle hence the disappointment

We absolutely love our van seat covers. The quality and finish is excellent and has transformed our cab (2014 Wildax campervan). They give the cab a genuinely new and modern feel. We went for the grey/black punched leather. The fit is spot on. We followed the video. A bit fiddly but worth the effort. Great value as well. Highly recommended.

Sliding and rear door seals replaced. On a Mercedes sprinter. Good price, good fit. Great and speedy service.
Will use again.

I order side windows for a different company first, twice they turned up damage, so I sent them back and the same day I ordered from van pimps. They turn up on time with no damage! They're a much better quality window all round. ordered side steps which I fitted with ease. Thank you (great company)

Bought the window package for transit custom every window was faulty and miss shaped all windows have been removed and disposed of in the skips would never buy another product from this company again and owner is very arrogant

First time at van pimps and very helpful staff with great knowledge and great service. Highly recommended

Quality is amazing! Only thing which made me miss a star was due to no instructions provided. I attempted to bend the rails in a vice with a large socket but it would just deform the rails seems to work for others but not me. Perhaps I was doing something wrong but with no instructions it's hard to say.

I have just bought back door and side windows all fitted well untill the driver side sliding window at the back doesn't follow curve of van resulting in a 5 or 6 mill gap top and bottom and a 2 mill gap in middle rang today and told to send pics,to be told should have pushed harder or used ratchet straps or battens,and when i said glass will not bend they just said yea it will,not a happy camper

I ordered two windows from van pimps and when they arrived they had no fitting instructions, I contacted them and was told they do not supply fitting instructions they just sell the windows, I was told they cannot help , I find this ridiculous and was not made aware of this when purchasing windows, not very good customer service at all , I will not be recommending them to anyone in the future.

Great quick service. Also had a problem with item delivered but sent out new one express delivery. Can’t fault them x

Fantastic product. The seat covers have given our van a wonderful new lease of life. Great quality. Super delivery time and excellent video to support putting the covers on which was really helpful.

Ordered windows for my Renault traffic, came 3 days later which I thought was excellent service, had an issue with opening catch on one window so spoke to caitlin and the issue was resolved with no issues at all, 100% will be back to vanpimps, thank you caitlin

Purchased windows on the advice of van pimps staff via telephone. Within 1 hour of placing our order we called to inform staff it may be incorrect, to late already dispatched, don't worry postage is not much just return it back!!!. Well not cheap to return back over 300.00 and when called van pimps told sorry not our problem. I now have to travel 4 hours to return in person and I will be leaving this many more reviews so this does not happen to other customers! Won't be using or recommending van pimps again. Thanks for taking my money then treating me the way you gave surprised you have any customers left.
