Service good, glass quality not so good
The delivery was excellent but the drivers side glass poorly contours the van. Only obvious once fitted. This leaves a larger gap than on the passenger side, therefore showing sealant. Think the QC needs further work before reaching the end user.

The window for my van is just perfect. Arrived in excellent condition only a couple of days after ordering it. They are very easy to install. Cutting the door panel is probably the hardest part of the job. Also me being a prat and doing it on a really cold day and not reading the adhesive tube instructions which clearly says warm it in hot water first. So a quick dash to the kitchen, under the hot tap and away we go again. I'd definitely recommend this window supplier.
Rear windows
Ordered two rear privacy windows for our beloved VW Crafter (Morticia)😆 Fast delivery even being Christmas and New year, products very well packaged, was a bit concerned as they were delivered via courier but all was fine, just need to fit them now !🫣🤔
Appalling company to deal with !
One star is forced I am afraid as this company would not get 1 star if that was possible.
I would avoid this company like the plague. They sell goods that can be purchased from many other suppliers but one thing this company does not do is respond to warranty issues.
They do not react & leave it over a week to contact what they say is the manufacturer to actually really be a UK distributor of the product.
Then because they are incapable of reacting in the way in which was advised to them & even the contact whom they needed to speak with they didn’t bother meaning the vehicle is not even usable for now 3 weeks but which will be over 6 weeks due to Christmas. All of which was completely unavoidable but their methods & ability is disgusting at best.
Avoid ! Completely avoid !
The response… to a Google review left is laughable. You were contacted by the garage carrying out the work & two members of your team repeatedly asking the garage irrelevant information as all had been provided.
Initially you responded to the garage saying there was zero stock in the UK of a replacement shock as discontinued from the range. I made one call to the UK distributor of Bilstein & they had stock & were based near to your location. You were informed of this & even given the name & contact I had spoken to. Again your poor efforts as a company made zero contact with this distributor who you buy your stock from.Then to add insult to injury you continued with your scripted incorrect information from a Ben B & said you had received no response from Bilstein although it is not Bilstein you are dealing with it was ThyssenKrupp Bilstein Technical Centre UK so effectively their UK agent. I spoke with them of which I have names of the people I spoke with & they informed me that they had responded to your warranty claim & no one had replied back to them & they were closing for Christmas but the guy still at the office of ThyssenKrupp Bilstein Technical Centre UK even said he would wait there for one of your team to collect the warranty replacement so that this could be done prior to the Christmas holidays even though you had only emailed them that actual day. You had not reacted to the information provided by the repairing garage. Clearly expecting them to just have the vehicle using the ramp space whilst your team dawdled on the matter & did not demonstrate any urgency although again explained to Ben B. This also meaning that the vehicle was off the road now since the 4th December. Meaning a considerable amount of loss of earnings as a business as this vehicle is a business vehicle again of which was notified to Ben B.
Nothing has been done with any urgency or any consideration by your company of which I will be seeking loss if earnings over. Also to then today by the illusive Ben B decide to tell the garage that they have to pay for the replacement shock & you will have the other collected & sent back to Bilstein (actually ThyssenKrupp Bilstein Technical Centre UK) & they will test the item to see if it is faulty & then if it is refund the payment. Although from speaking to your supplier ThyssenKrupp Bilstein Technical Centre UK they tell me that the whole process is a very simple one & you as a company would have to pay for the replacement until they received the faulty one & then they would credit your account with this cost. But as a company you want to pass that responsibility on to your customer the garage carrying out the repairs. Utterly shocking & respond with whatever lies or poor information you like but I can categorically tell you it is all utter nonsense & as stated I have the names of all the people I have spoken to at your suppliers and they may chose to confirm or deny this but also have proof of these calls. So my advice would be improve on your excuses & really look in to the matter & have one of your directors call me & discuss the best way to proceed. Your company supplied the faulty goods & should have acted in a way that resolved the matter a lot faster than what your poor team have carried out.
So ZERO stars & still definitely avoid !

FYI the transit custom leather seat covers are a pig to put on. When they're on, they're great but my god its finger torture to do.

Regret ever buying from this company
Regret ever buying from this company. Received poor standard products and they have been wholly unreasonable and unhelpful throughout try to find excuses to get out of any responsibility, had asked for a refund on numerous occasions and got nowere. It is the first time ever I have had escalate an issue with a business as they being so wholly unreasonable and unhelpful.
They do not care, their customer service is poor and I have been left with a very bitter taste having dealt with them.

All Eight glass on a Citroen Relay
So! I purchase 8 windows for my Citroen Relay van conversion.
Out of the eight, One was faulty and one arrived broken all in the bottom of it's bag.
Now I know Van Pimp cannot be responsible for damage in transit but the faulty unit has a glass fault from manufacturing.
I have fitted one so far and can say that the product looks great.
The adessive is very very hard to squeeze from the mastic tube.
Heated up as instructed.
& I ask for more primmer as 4 tubs for 8 windows is a bit tight.

I bought a windows package for a Transit Custom it came with a trim package FOC but they sent the wrong trim that is compatible with my vehicle. I have tried to talk to them since completely unhelpful be very careful dealing with this company. Check everything as they don't care!

Instead of floor I bought, was a jagged end of roll, refunded no problem.
2nd chance, window badly packed but survived the £13 delivery. Window trim untidy, refund/replacement denied by Craig.
