My First Car!
I had a great experience at Vantage Toyota Preston because I was treated like a valued customer. As I am still a learner driver, the car had been parked and covered in the showroom with a congratulations plaque at the side so I was able to unveil it! This is usually only done with new cars so this gesture was beyond expectation.

A very relaxing environment at Vantage Toyota, Scarborough. The Salesman Joe very easy going took us on a test drive having explained all the new features and gadgets in the vehicle. We enjoyed ourselves that much that we forgot to negotiate a better price on our new car! David the Sales Manager corrected that on our 2nd visit and gave us a better deal.
The day of handover for the new vehicle was brilliant. No stress or hassle. Joe explained everything as we went along, and took us through all the car's new features again.
A lovely and exciting experience on our second visit to the dealership. We look forward to returning there in the future!

On this occasion Adam was always very helpful, polite and attentive without being pushy.

The staff were welcoming

Excellent customer service!
I had a huge issue at the start of the year with ordering a new car. I went into Toyota on the Sunday and spoke with James. He was very helpful and explained what went wrong! We then came back on the Monday, met with James and Adam and both were amazing. They both helped get the issue sorted and placed an order for a new car that day for me! Both Adam and James were friendly, reassuring and looking for anyway they can help the situation and make me feel happy with the experience and the car!
