Poor communication when order placed

Poor communication when order placed. 4 times I have had to chase for my order. If you can't offer next day or 2 days. Dont put it on your website. Also, don't have a box that ask us what we want to do if you don't have stock. I always say refund me but you wait until you have the full order to ship.
The stock is good whe you have it, but it seems rear now days that I get what I want on time.

Please accept my apologies for your experience. As the owner of the business it hasn't escaped me that we've had 2 negative reviews come in within 24-hours.

That is 3 in a month.

To some companies that may seem like nothing to worry about, to me who has always led this business based on customer service, it isn't good enough. We do have a live web chat that is managed throughout the day seven days a week, and it is often the case that's our emails go into people's spam, our calls don't get picked up and then we are stuck between a rock and a hard place for communication.

But as is often the case, when someone's shopped with us often we don't always get reviews to commend us on that, but give someone a bad experience and they will be the first to tell the world about it. It's why we have to be good.

It's why if your delivery was outside of the estimated time then you have the right to be angry.

As you can see, on a Sunday afternoon I take the time to still reply to these negative reviews personally which I hope go some way to show how communication efforts are perhaps better than sometimes stated when there are elements out of our control, but I don't know why three highly sold products in our business were not in stock, had it been a rare product I could understand the issue - but this is clearly a lack of attention.

I understand you have your order now so there isn't much more I can do on this particular case - but if there is some way we can make you happier and consider shopping with us again please do drop me a reply here.

Very honest and genuine company with very fast and efficient delivery also customer support is extremely helpful. Would genuinely recommend them. Live chat is very helpful.

Vape and Juice is great!

Great selection of products for every vaper. Whether you're just starting out, or need something bigger and better. They have great e-liquids to choose from and many coils. Always comes with great customer service and fast delivery.

Very disappointed once again

Very disappointed once again. I have ordered some Hellvape replacement glass last year. After waiting for a week went to check my order status and it wasn't dispatched. Messaged them and got reply they don't know how long it will take for them to dispatched. So asked for a refund.

Tried again on 17/01/21. Same Hellvape replacement glass as they seem to be the only website who had them in stock. Went to check my order status on 21/01/21, Not dispatched.
Messaged asking when they will dispatch my order. No reply. Just checked my banking app and they refunded me on 21/01/21 without letting me know.

Absolute waste of time, never again.

I am sorry that we were out of stock and had to refund you. It wasn't actually coils you ordered, but glass, so I'm wondering if it's the right company you are complaining about.

Just as we reply to any unhappy messages like this within hours of seeing them, we don't tend to leave people hanging.

I can see you ordered on this Saturday gone, and we had executed the refund Tuesday at 4:38.

Invariably our system automatically sends refund and order cancellation emails as we use the same e-commerce systems as most retailers, I'm unsure if it went to your spam box.

We sadly can't do much more than that.

I am happy though that you are going to take your £8 business elsewhere. It's not really affordable for us to serve, so maybe try a local brick and mortar store in the Bournemouth area. There's a couple of great ones.

Met one of my best friends through vape and juice

I purchased my first vape device from vape and juice about 4 years ago and got me off the cigs still vaping to this day and met one of my best friends through vape and juice Jake he worked at the Chelmsford vape and juice we would hang out there he would play music now he's gone to fulfill his career in music production.

Craving

When replying to my review you put "let me know what you want me to do with your order"
I would message you via your website but not sure if you would pick that up.
I didn't really say anything negative and wasn't using my review as blackmail. I'm just craving nicotine and trying hard to stay away from the dreaded death sticks (cigarettes)
I did mention the positive things I heard and also the great selection etc.
You may say I was "playing a game of blackmail" however within half an hour of leaving the review I am now in the loop as to what is happening with the order and completely appreciate the comments left.
Of course I would still like my goods shipping and hope you appreciate why I was showing concern (especially with the tracking info pointing to South Wales)

Hi Mark,

Got your order on Saturday, which you were able to use a 50% discount code on.

Obviously all orders over weekends are generally only able to start moving in the postal system late Monday once collected. This means in line with the shipping option chosen 1-2 working days, you would have an ETA of Wednesday. It's 8:54am as I write this on Tuesday, the first working day before our office has opened.

We do go the extra mile with customer service, but come on buddy :) we haven't done anything wrong here

If you'd rather, I can just get this cancelled and refunded for you today as we aren't superhumans and don't want to be playing a game of blackmail the Trustpilot. I hope you can see that I'm candid but honest and human.

I'm aware that this is likely to now see our rating downgraded. A risk I am prepared to take.

But we are working hard to meet people's needs during a busy lockdown period that most delivery couriers have yet to cope with. When we get a review like this that further distracts our time from getting the job done on an order that came with 50% off - we do have to say something.

Always great service

Always great service. V&J always have what I needed and if they ever don't then it doesn't take long to get it later. Delivery is usually very quick too. I've always felt looked after by this family-run business.
