Update

Update: After using Vape and Juice for the last few months now, I really cannot recommend them highly enough! Their range of products is brilliant and they always deliver very quickly.
They're now my number one go-to for all of my vaping supplies and on the one occasion where I had a small problem with my order, their customer service was absolutely brilliant!
10/10 Very highly recommended indeed!

Customer service

Ordered a few products, had a slight issue with one so contacted Tom, very helpful. I was asked to return the item and have a new one on the way. Speed of response to emails was excellent.

Bought something not it stock

I was annoyed at being allowed to add to my basket and buy something they didn't have in stock. No paypal so I had to wait 5 working days to get my money bank via bank transfer.
There were no issues with the refund but my first experience wasn't a great one.

First of all, I'm sorry that you were unable to get the item you wanted and yes Paypal is a difficulty for many vape/CBD retailers. Fewer and fewer retailers even who just sell vape products will be able to do so soon with Paypal as mentioned in the media recently.

I respect you for highlighting that there were no issues with the refund aspect and for that I am hugely grateful. I want to make it up to you to show you we do try to go the extra mile.

Great support

Really great service and prices

Really great service and prices, if they stock the things you want I highly recommend this being the last vape store you ever need to look for! Always very prompt service, no issues with their products and George in their live chat is a real human being and not a chat bot!

This company are just the best

This company are just the best. Any problems and they are on it and fixing it.
There web site is easy to navigate and ordering is easy.
They have a brilliant loyalty scheme and there staff are so knowlegable and friendly. This is the way to run a site!

got a vape that stopped working after a…

got a vape that stopped working after a couple of weeks, sent it back after talking on phone but absolutely no response since.
Got sent 20x the wrong juice, complained but no response.Had to go to a different supplier. Still have all this juice I don't want...still no response

I believe my colleague is already in touch with you on this matter. We got your email which we replied to on the 29th of July, we haven't had any replies to that email since.

As soon as we got your reviews we checked through our webchat to see if your email is in there and there was nothing either.

We had a look through the returns and there is nothing with your name and details appended on. We are looking to see if there is a return with no identification of order information on, as sometimes people return items with absolutely no information which as you can imagine, can create these problems, but so far nothing.

So I just wanted you to know that when we receive a contact, it's more than just one person who cares and we do care immediately.
