Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, hadn’t sent it because they were on holiday (would’ve been fine) but then lied about sending it and when asked said they would send ASAP, asked for a refund when this didn’t happen, still waiting for the refund
Not delivering on time!
I used to order from here without any issues. The last two orders I have paid for next day delivery, ordered before 12pm midweek as website said same day dispatch and then waited 6 days for them. I ordered last week same thing. I kept chasing them and I would get vague emails saying they would be delivered soon. Then I chased again and they said it had been lost in the post, but it never changed status online. Ended up with a refund after a week of waiting, don’t know what’s been going on with them recently, but I won’t be ordering again :(

I spent over £50 on vapes. I paid for Royal Mail tracked 24 but yet they dispatched it via Parcelforce. I still haven't received my vapes. Vape Korner told me they would send them out again but they haven't. I contacted them several times with no reply and their phone number never works either. I've now put in a payment dispute with my bank to get the money back. I'm also going to look into how I can report this company. Vape Korner offer different delivery options but they only ever use the cheapest option for them and not what the customer has actually paid for. I will never be using this company again and I suggest anyone that thinks of ordering with them also reconsiders. There are plenty of other good online Vape stores.

My partner order 10 x 10ml bottles of oil @ 3mg plus 4 pkts pods. What arrived was 10 x bottles of 18mg of the wrong oil not usable plus NO Pods. We contacted them only to be asked for photos of parcels and delivery packaging. We heard absolutely nothing back since. Her daughter then ordered exactly same for her, eg. 10x10 bottles oil plus 4x4 pkts pods what eventually arrived was the oils but AGAIN NO Pods!!!!
Steer Clear.
Oh and they don't answer the phone either. They Owe her £37.00 in total.

Pay for royal mail tracked 24 yesterday…
Pay for royal mail tracked 24 yesterday so I would receive today as its Bank Holiday this weekend. Checked emails they have sent it parcel force so won't get it untill Tuesday at the earliest.
They are hit and miss with this as its now the 3rd time they have done it and they won't reply untill Tuesday now.
Will be sending back and also requesting refund on my delivery as iv paid the highest delivery and they've sent it the cheapest for them.

Selective Scamming
Absolutely horrific company, placed an order in February, asked for this to be refunded as the items appeared to be counterfeit (going from feedback on there eBay page).
They said they had processed the refund but after waiting 2 weeks, nothing was refunded so I proceeded with a chargeback. I emailed Vape Korner who said that this had been refunded when it clearly had not.
The Chargeback finally was processed today and I won the case, showing that they evidently did not refund this. SCAM artists.
Received a message to say item was out…
Received a message to say item was out of stock. Then 3 days later and other message to say other item out of stock. Not sure why it takes 3 days to pick an order of 3 things
Or why accepting orders for items they don't have
