I order 2 9000 RnM vapes weekly from this company. Never had any complaints , however the last order was very poor the vapes tasted funny from a few puffs.
I asked this company for some help with this and their response looked like an automatic reply telling me the obvious.
Very disappointing you have lost a good customer due to your lack of empathy and customer care skills.
I would think twice if your going to order incase you have any issues they won’t be willing to help.

The vapes I got a alot better that the normal ones.

I’ve still not received my full order. Ordered 2 bottles of liquid, only one came and was told to wait for Royal Mail to deliver it. Been waiting since the 27th January 2024 to 06 February 2024. Feel like I’ve been robbed. Probs not wise to order online from here again. I know it’s £13 but when one item out of 2 turns up a week ago you’d expect the other to be here by now.

I always order from Vape Korner and never had a problem,they dispatch quickly and keep you upto date as regards the status of your order.
I Can not recommend highly enough.

Placed order for Aspire K2 vape pen on 2/12/23. Website states deliver 2/4 days. 10 days now passed still not arrived. First email enquiring why not delivered, Post Office blamed. Second email asking why still not delivered, no reply.
No notification re shipping is offered.
Very poor. Will never use them again. About to go away so will give chance to see if delivered, if still not will start request for refund. On present performance guess that will not be easy.
Avoid this trader.

And very slow to try to sort my problem out
