Throwing money down the drain
Received an item that was not fit for purpose. Called into the office and was told in order to get refund or replacement, I'd get a callback from the owner. This happened on 7 ocassions and no response.
Total of 39 emails sent since I first reported the problem and they refused to reply.
They operate on a "blame it on the supplier policy" even though purchases were made to them as the seller, not the supplier.
To date, I'm still out of pocket as they have zero customer service meaning I have paid for a product unfit for use and haven't been refunded or sent a replacement which I was promised on multiple ocassions that I would.
STAY CLEAR.
If you were to ever have an issue with a product purchased from them, you will never see a refund or replacement.
Again, STAY CLEAR.

Waste of money and clearly has no product control before sending out orders
Save your money!!!
I ordered two vapes with next day delivery… I waited 5 days then emailed them which they replied with they only have one colour black in stock (why didn’t they email me this before?) to which I said one black one silver would be fine…
When they came only the silver one was the one I actually ordered the other black was a battery one and cheaper than the one I ordered … which they also sent without a battery (I don’t use those style vapes so I had no batteries ) they wouldn’t send a return form instead said they will send a battery… the battery they sent me runs from 100% to 40% in less than 10 puffs … not worth it at all I’ve had to buy extra batteries and a special battery charger for it and it’s just not good enough.
Will not be ordering from these again !
