DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Ordered some e liquids from them but for some reason their liquids are destroying my coils, contacted them asking to return the unused liquids for a partial refund, they have just ignored my messages or haven’t understood what I’ve said to them! Terrible company and customer service is non existent! By the way everyone, see their reply below! Apparently it’s my fault and I can’t return used liquids, where have I asked to return USED liquids!!! They don’t even understand what I’m saying?!?!?! I was even told by a local Vape store that the liquids should work fine with my e cig, but they don’t, yet other liquids do??? Again, bad attitude and terrible customer service!! Apparently, what the customer says doesn’t count for anything with these lot!! They’re right and you’re wrong!

Are you not aware of what liquid is suitable for your vape? You should consult if you are unaware of this fact before purchasing any thing. You cannot return used liquids as they are not eligible to be return due to health & hygiene issues.
