Have used this site a few times always reliable and quick with delivery.

Gaz helped me out when some glass had broken 3 months after purchase. They didnt have to because it was out of policy but they looked after a customer.

I ordered a Herb Ripper, but sadly had a mark on it. Gaz was amazing to deal with. I returned the item and requested to exchange for the XL which he accepted and gave a generous discount as well as shipping using the fastest service. They took a financial loss to please a customer. This tells you how genuinely caring this company is. 100% highly recommend this great shop. If only more companies could be like this. My first choice will always be this shop. Gaz is a small start up seller and is genuinely one of the nicest I've dealt with. His customer service is not only personal, it's professional.
