Best customer service experience in a long time!

After a payment issue (completely my fault), Gaz quickly replied to my queries within 12 hours and sorted my problem out.

Vape Wellness then went the extra mile and upgraded my postage so the product was with me within the next 24 hours. Once again this is despite the issue being my fault!

I cannot fault the service and I refuse to go elsewhere for my future vaping needs!

I have ordered multiple times and dispatch is always fast, packaging is discreet and contents well secured. Also for a lot of products I have not been able to source from a single seller until now.

I Purchased a fury edge here a week or so ago. When asking about people pushed for me to get a mighty, however having never vaped before I was reluctant to spend that much money on my first device. Placed an order on Friday afternoon. Noticed that I'd added an extra item to my basket in error. Sent an email and within minutes received a response saying the refund would be done immediately. After seeing positive reviews on reddit, I decided to order from Vapewellness. Like the reviews on reddit, I cannot fault the service, products, or Gaz - the friendly owner.

The items were packaged with the environment in mind, however, despite one item being fragile, it was fully protected for its journey.

There were also a couple of freebies included, which were not expected, but I am truly grateful for in these times (anti bacterial wipes) and finally a 'thank you' note.
