Great seller with great communication, these guys are very helpful and the parts have always been spot on. Please ignore any bad reviews you may read about them. I work for a large car supermarket and i order a lot of parts. I have never had a bad experience with Vaux spares

Bunch of id— ts do not use this company, delivered the wrong engine , took 2weeks to collect it and a further 2weeks to get my money back .They lie all the time and can’t be trusted ..😡

Disappointed that my order did not arrive but on contacting Vaux spares they were quick in responding. My order had gotten lost at the delivery firms depot and could not be found. Vaux spares refunded me the complete cost of the item and as a good will gesture offered me a discount on the item if it was found. Not sure what had gone wrong exactly but happy with the outcome, just a shame I didn’t receive what I had ordered.
