I had to deal with many representatives! All we’re understanding and friendly except one. My advice is you get a rude one hang up and call back - there are very good ones also if you have a warranty make sure the place you purchased it from filed it correctly and paid the surcharge if your vehicle has any modifications! Save a long depressing and frustrating battle ! Overall Allstate is one of the best as long as you know the paperwork is filed correctly.

I’m in Trash Hands
Alstate said they couldn’t find my account and didn't even payout the full amount as stated in the warranty contract… guess Allstate didn't get this big by actually paying out insurance claims. Im in some trash hands.

They don't honor warrenty!
You continue to refuse to cover all costs. I bought a bumper to bumper warranty for 3.5k. I have paid over a grand out of pocket! What's the point of a bumper to bumper!? Won't make that mistake again! 3 times this has happened! I talked to your specialists and was a complete waste of time. Was told sorry, because I moved to SC you won't cover the higher labor rate. I BOUGHT A BUMPER TO BUMBER WARRENTY! That's your problem IMO. I will not be doing business with All-State, my new homeowners I told them specifically not to use you.
