DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are criminals. They sent me some rubbish that I did not order it took months they stole my money .

This company is a total scam. I've placed an order on 22Sep, cancelled it half an hour later but Velora refused to honour it, claiming that the parcel has already been shipped and instead offered 3-7% compensation. Their T&C's states a 15% "restocking fee" which is illegal under UK law. The company presents itself as a UK retailer with simple returns and money-back guarantees, but in reality operates like a dropshipper from China, refuses to honour cancellation rights, and imposes unlawful fees. Avoid at all cost.With the help of Chat GPT I've already reported the company to Advice Direct Scotland and they can take it further to the Trading Standards ( as you can't directly complain to the Trading Standards otherwise I would have done it, trust me) and to ASA ( Advertising Standard Agency ) . I have also raised the issue with my bank. Avoid at all costs. Total scam!

Total scam! Avoid at all costs. I lost £50 on a product that is worth maybe £5, and my experience confirms their deceptive practices. The company's name and supposed location are completely misleading, the quality of the product is incredibly poor, and their "100% stress-free return guarantee" is a complete joke. Pleas REPORT this company to all relevant authorities to protect others from being deceived.

Not abiding Uk important standards of practice. So far items have arrived a few weeks later after order. They do not look like the photos online with poor quality materials. I have requested a refund. There response is to ask me for phots asking why I wish to return. I have once again explained this is not part of standards nor in their policy. I have explained I intend to report them to Trading Standards for an Investigation if I can obtain further evidence of not abiding by our important standards. I will be updating this review alongside my experience returning items.

Be aware this company trades under the name Smith & co and implies that it is a London Store. Absolute con... the description said breathable fabric and it was 100% polyester and looked like it had been made by someone with no sewing experience what so ever.. The clothing came from China and it isn't a London store and the products are a much poorer quality than the photos. Further more it says easy refund policy on the website but it's actually not.

Aweful company.
Bought some joggers 6 weeks later still hadno delivery. Via email kept being told they have been shipped here is a tracking link. Not our problem if not delivered yet. I kept said they had not been shipped as there was no pick up scan ( I run a logistics department where I work so I know what should happen) 6 weeks later all of a sudden a pick up scan and then Evri deliver it 4 days later.
They are liars and not in the uk. Will never use again and would

Gave one star only for the fact they actually replied to my emails. Bought a White jumper (thinking from a London boutique) what arrived two weeks later from CHINA was an orange jumper it was soft but not the cashmere I thought I’d ordered! No labels no nothing so don’t know what it was just that it was poor quality 😢 complained but three weeks later they’re still ‘trying to resolve the matter’ do not believe them have instructed Credit Card Company to claw back my money it’ll take a few months - not bothered- it’s not about the money just send the right colour jumper!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I purchased in feb and still haven't received it even though they said it was shipped. I contacted the delivery company and they said they have not received the parcel from velora. They are not based in London. They source from china and up price the items. If you image search the items they are selling, you can purchase the item directly from china for a fraction of the price velora are selling.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. This company is based in China NOT LONDON and the clothing is rubbish absolutely nothing like the items displayed on the website. I thought I was purchasing a lovely knitted cardigan but received a poorly made cheap printed sweat shirt. They make it extremely difficult to return goods as you have to pay transfer fees and they know it's hardly worth while.

This company is yet another one of those Chinese companies masquerading as being in the UK.
I believe there are also responsible for submitting/writing false reviews.
Currently have not received any goods and have extreme difficulty in getting any meaningful information from them.
Do not waste your money. Pay a little more and buy from a reputable supplier based in the UK.

On the 9th of November I made a purchase from this company under the false pretences and claims of a London based store closing down.
On 20th November I finally received two VERY cheaply made - poor quality dresses that looked nothing like the photograph I had bought them against.
I made a return request immediately.
On 29th November they illegally offered me a 20% refund. I refused - my order value was over 100£
On 1st December they offered me a 30% refund. Again, I refused I wanted all my money back!!
On 2nd December following thier exacting returns instructions I sent the dresses to China
On the 9th January the parcel finally cleared customs for delivery to their warehouse.
It was refused by them and is now being returned to me.
They are ignoring all my emails and I have STILL NOT received my refund despite having followed their EXACT return procedure.
I now have no option than to open a case of fraudulent activity with my bank to get my money back.
They are a COMPLETE scam company I am
reporting them to trading standards

I agree with all the comments from the other reveiwers. You may also need to know that I tried to claim from Visa as I had been missold this item. Unfortunate;y this was upheld as I have to return the item back to China at my cost to allow them the opportunity of refunding me. This will cost me around £30 so I wont do that but just learn a very hard lesson and only purchase from stores that I know

Dreadful and stressful experience buying from this company and less than poor quality clothing. Do not buy from here! Trying to dispute with credit card company!

What an absolute joke of a company. The item I ordered (Adult Large) would have barely fitted an 8 year old. It was of poor quality and clearly not fit for purpose. Like many others on here, I was offered the opportunity of shipping it back to China at my own expense ("At the time of your order, the item was only available in our distribution centre in China, and therefore we ask that the goods are returned there") or I could receive a 20% refund if I kept the item. This was later increased to 30%. I am still waiting for the refund to be processed and I am certain that it will never be credited back to my credit card. My last 3 emails have now been returned as undeliverable and the website is now unreachable. Avoid this company at ALL costs

TLDR: SCAM, DO NOT BUY

Agree with all the other reviews saying this company is a scam. Ordered a ‘cashmere’ jumper. Took six weeks to arrive and when it did is very obviously not cashmere, and looks nothing like the picture - colour, cut, style etc. Has clearly come from China, no labels at all - brand or materials, washing instructions etc.
Now have to decide if I have the time and energy to try to get my money back (thankfully only £35).

I would have given no stars if I could. They are not in the London Convent Garden, as stated on their website. They are in China. I purchased four jumpers that I thought were cashmere as advertised. It came up on Facebook as they were closing down. I felt for them so thought I would do some Christmas shopping with them. Jumpers are all such poor quality, maybe a tiny cashmere blend, but not fully cashmere as advertised, and now they are saying I have to pay to send them back to China after completing a 6 stage thing... I will be reporting them to shop and my card company. I will also let trading standards know... Stay away....
