Loving my cats & corgis purse. It's so cute and all the details are really super. It's as per the photos and descriptions, yet they don't do it justice. The quality is as expected based on previous Vendula purchases. It was exactly what I wanted and really enjoying using it. As itwas purchased in the sale its a real bargain 😃💕

Bought a few things in the sale.Everything I wanted was sent in a good strong box ( I reuse them for storeing my bags) Well packed in their dust bags and the plastic bag to keep them neat and secure. No damage. Like the added tissue paper which makes the order feel more special. Also like the little bag the keyrings come in. Thanks!

Bags always come well package with quick delivery. I have been buying these bags and purses for several years now and absolutely love them. Everywhere I go people and ask where they are from.

Vendula bags are lovely and beautiful designed and the Web site is so easy to use. Quick delivery and always wrapped so well. I get excited as I know when I get that pink box that there is something great inside. The bags are beautiful and I always get a positive comment on my bag every time I go out. I always get asked where did I get my bag from. I love the satchel bags. They are my favourite. I have a number of bags now and always display them when not using them.

Success of support staff

Ordered a week ago. Payment taken and no further correspondence let alone a product to review. HOWEVER having made an enquiry with the support staff an update on tracking telling me my product was in transit led to a successful outcome within 24 hours. The lilibut loves bag and phone case are beautiful quality and pretty. Thank you for your help

I now have 2 vendula grab bags and I absolutely love them. I get stopped in the street and people comment on my bags which ever one I have. I love the way they are so unique and different and I will be buying more

ther bags are great and make good presents for my wife at christmas and birthdays. i had one annoying experience when i bought the last bag at full price , a few days later it was half price , if only I had waited but i will wait until sales next time.

My latest item purchased is nice, but not great. It looks adorable and exactly as described but is not at all practical to use as a purse. It’s definitely a case of form over function. The coin pouch part of the purse is so shallow and stiff that it’s impossible to take out coins without having to turn the purse upside down and dump them all into my hand, which would likely cause some coins to fall onto the floor and be lost. It’s not deep enough to put a finger inside. It’s nearly not possible to even put coins in, more like a slot on a piggy-bank than a usable coin pouch on a normal purse. I tried using it for notes and cards and carrying a separate coin purse, but quickly realised that’s not practical or comfortable. The purse has now been relegated to being a very cute decorative item to just look at but not to use. I’m disappointed about that. As it was on sale and highly reduced, I was happy to keep it as a decoration to look at. If I had paid full price, I would definitely have returned it for a refund. I wish Vendula would spend as much time making sure that their purses are fit for purpose as they spend on designing and making adorable and very cute images. My other Vendula coin purse is also now a decoration because it is too stiff without flexibility or depth to easily remove coins. However, I love my Vendula shoulder bag. In the past I returned a medium sized purse because once I put my cards inside, it would not close completely. Vendula purses are definitely a weak part of the product line for usefulness,
