No feed back as to whether my order has even been dispatched, never mind when I can expect it. Not good at all.

I've wanted one of these bags for some time. And I finally was able to purchase one. It was easy to order and arrived very quickly. I am very pleased with my bag and have had many compliments about it .( I bought the new sushi grace bag)

I absolutely adore Vendula bags! They are fantastic quality, unique and great talking points. I get comments on all my bags. I haven't had cause to contact their customer service but I have no doubt it would be as great as their products. I would highly recommend.

I've bought a few Vendulas now and I'm always blown away by the quality and presentation. Beautifully wrapped. Slight delay with postage but that's a Royal Mail issue! I treated myself to one of the New York Cats And Corgis collection as a pat on the back for getting a new job... now I can waltz into the office with this gorgeous bag in my arm! Thank you!

These bags are truly unique! If you have the chance to visit their shop on Southbank it's well worth it - your inner child will thank you. Their online customer service is absolutely first class. Highly recommend.

Before on Easter sale price for all their bags and wallets was very cheap to buy,I bought so many bags and wallets
Now, even on sales, everything is very expensive, especially their bags and wallets 😒 I don't recommend this shop

Outstanding customer service.

I have purchased a few items during the past year. The items are pretty, very well made and the detailing is excellent. Recently I had an urgent issue, which customer services resolved immediately. They were prompt, exacting and very polite, in acknowledging their error. I will definitely return to them again.

The customer service they have is excellent - I had to ask for a replacement bag recently and they have replaced it for me hassle free ans really quick. May their business thrive forever ❤️💕

I’ve emailed this company several times since February 10, 2025 to find out why when I go to checkout I get a pop up that says Before You Go save 10% click to Reveal Code, I click away and over and over keep trying but I never get a code just keeps spinning. Why don’t you respond to your emails? I’ve tried Customer Support and the Contact Form. I would love the chance to give 5 stars.

UPDATE: Finally heard from Vendula after I sent an email to the Wholesale Department, they let CS know I wasn’t receiving an answer. I hope the problem is resolved now.

I have no idea why so many people complain about the prices of these bags. They are very reasonably priced for the quality and details, not to mention the uniqueness. I pay anywhere from $100 to a little over $200 per bag, which is beyond reasonable and much less than many other designers charge. I get so many compliments on all the Vendula bags I carry. Nothing lasts forever, and a vegan handbag that gets used is no exception. A few years ago I bought a leather purse from a big name designer for several hundred dollars, only to have the bag start peeling a little over a year later even though I used it very infrequently. It literally fell apart. I love Vendula bags and am so pleased with the quality and quirkiness of these bags.

Amazing response from customer service when dealing with my shipping issue. Product perfect as always

I ordered an expensive purse less than 6 months ago. I use the purse maybe once a month. I went to the store and the entire strap sewing came apart and broke. I contacted the company and they advised me to take it to a repair shop for repair & offered me $20 towards another purchase. That won't even cover the cost of someone to see the purse back together- not including my gas and time to take it. Very disappointing! The purse is beautiful and I've received many compliments - but to not offer anything other than 20$ is frustrating considering.

After spending a significant amount of money on a bag I don’t expect an email saying there will be delays in despatch due to high orders.

They need to employ people to get the orders out….especially at these prices.

It smacks of “thanks for the cash but wait at least six working days for despatch”.

Not good enough and will definitely make me think twice before ordering again from them.

Just purchased the new Purrlesque Grace Bag & it’s beautiful.
I have been buying Vendula bags for many years now & l love them.
The customer service team are always very helpful.
The pricing is also reasonable compared to other designer labels especially with all the details.
It’s great to have a Vegan range being an animal lover.
I would highly recommend Vendula 😃

I ordered the new Sugar and Spice mini Grace bag and it arrived quickly. I noticed a few days later a tiny bit of a peel off on the handle of it (barely noticeable tho) -I have still decided to contact them with some pictures and ask what is there to do in this case. They replied immediately telling me that they have arranged a replacement order to be sent out and in the meantime I can send the original back at my own convenience. Their customer service team is outstanding and really lovely - simply cannot understand how this company can have bad reviews- their bags are really really good quality too! FOREVER MY FAVORITE BRAND! I will be definitely purchasing from them in the future too!

It was my first time shopping with vendula London, and I am impressed! The designs are stunning, there’s lots of variety to choose from all of which have lots of attention to detail which make them quirky and unique! Customer service was quick to respond and delivery was very fast. I ordered the sugar and spice speedy bowler bag and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. Thank you Vendula! I will definitely be ordering more in the future!

Awful company.
Been buying bags for 2-3 years from them. The quality has gone down hill.
The vegan leather (plastic) just peels away after a short time and I’ve had straps snap after two uses, buckles fall off. For the price you don’t expect this.
The proof reading and quality checks are terrible. Bags with punctuation wrong, words spelt wrong (pink flower shop) random blue line printed on bags (garden centre) and the latest tick tick range - the Roman numeral for 7 is wrong, some clocks have IV as III, wonky clock faces and wonky doors on the library range.
When many confronted them on social media , the comments were deleted and they were blocked.
They released a statement saying the errors were intention but they had previously admitted before launch they hadn’t even noticed and there were an error!
Lying to their fans , gaslighting fans and lying to the public.
They won’t give anyone an answer.
Terrible way to treat people who have supported them for years.
Quality and customer services have gone down hill. I speak for many .
